Ehren was born and raised in sunny Durban, South Africa. Straight after high school, he studied architectural draughting before he realized his passion was not to feel the AC on the back of his neck for the rest of time. He soon found his hands getting dirty as a construction worker, but this was not enough adrenaline pumping through his veins. As Ehren is an animal lover, he volunteered at a rhino park, feeding and looking after abandoned baby rhino calves. This soon escalated to working with anti-rhino poachers and relocation missions of adult rhinos in game parks where a few scars were obtained and became the limit of his love for animals. An apprenticeship in plumbing then led to him running a plumbing business for 5 years, where he connected with his passion for water and used his qualifications to secure his first yachting job in 2017, where he has now worked his way up to a navigational officer.

Anthony was born and raised in seaside Toulon, France, and has had an affinity for cooking since he can remember. He began cooking alongside his mother, who comes from an Italian heritage, from the early age of six. His first job was working after school in a neighborhood shop making crepes and sandwiches. Anthony went to university and received a degree in economics, but continued to work in restaurants. He eventually worked his way up to Michelin-star establishments, private villas, high-profile resorts, and of course, superyachts. When he isn’t in the kitchen, you can find him hiking in nature or traveling the world.

Born and raised in the rugged north of England (a.k.a. the land of rain, tea, and unbeatable sarcasm), Gracey was always destined for a life far better than the weather forecast. A born performer, she kicked off her early career as a young entrepreneur and singer-songwriter. After realising the sun had left the UK permanently, she packed her bags and set off on a decade-long solo adventure around the world. From serenading sunsets as a singer in Ibiza to falling head-over-heels for the sea life in Barcelona, it wasn’t long before she found her calling in the yachting world. With an eye for detail, a creative soul that dabbles in just about everything artistic, Gracey brings charm, fun, and plenty of northern wit to the deck. When she’s not coiling lines or launching kite boards, she’s running her own women’s uniform brand, making life better and more stylish for women in the industry. A total social butterfly, she always brings good vibes, great music, and a helping hand—whether it’s with watersports, fun, heavy lifting, or just making everyone laugh.

With a deep love for the ocean and a lifelong dream of living on the water, Erin has turned that passion into a reality through yachting and her background in hospitality. She leads an active, healthy lifestyle and is a warm, outgoing, and friendly Chief Stewardess who takes pride in ensuring guests have the most memorable and enjoyable experience on board.

Cecily was born and raised in Surrey, England, on the south bank of the iconic River Thames. Her nautical education, therefore, began at a very young age; learning tides and lines alongside her ABCs. Her childhood was spent exploring Great British waters, and any time on solid ground was usually spent on the back of a horse. Her love of exploration and animals has shaped her travel experiences throughout her time, and in more recent years Cecily has fallen in love with surfing and scuba diving: the perfect mix of nature and nautical. Along with a keen interest in cycling and hiking, she hopes to pursue these hobbies all over the world. After graduating from Newcastle University with a bachelor's Degree in English literature, Cecily returned to the water and began yachting in 2020. She joined Daybreak on the 3rd of October 2024, whilst the finishing touches were being added in the shipyard. Fun fact: she began her yachting journey as a deckhand, working as deck/mate aboard two smaller vessels, before switching to stewardess full time. Five years on and she’s never looked back, save only to admire the adventure so far!
