With over 20 years of experience in the yachting industry across both commercial and private vessels, Massimo brings exceptional dedication to DEEP BLUE II, ensuring guests enjoy an unforgettable experience. Calm, detail-oriented, and naturally sporty, Massimo served as First Officer on DEEP BLUE II for 4 years before his well-deserved promotion to Captain. He began his career as a sailing instructor, driven by a lifelong passion for the sea, and he also enjoys scuba diving, further showcasing his love for the water.
A positive leader and dedicated team player, Massimo combines strong management skills with the ability to excel under pressure, consistently upholding the highest standards. Fluent in both English and Italian, he ensures that DEEP BLUE II’s guests always feel safe, well-cared for, and truly at home on board.

AI has been a crew member aboard DEEP BLUE II since her launch in 1998, contributing extensive knowledge of the vessel's operations and maintenance. Specializing in tender handling, sea toys, and deck maintenance, he meticulously maintains the exterior to ensure it is pristine and prepared for guests' enjoyment. AI's enduring tenure, complemented by his helpful demeanor and proactive approach, underscores his role as a valued and hospitable asset to the vessel.

Goran began his maritime career on bulk carriers, while he spent over two decades on military naval vessels before transitioning to yachting sector. Assuming Chief Engineer’s duties on DEEP BLUE II, he brings his mechanical engineering expertise to ensure the vessel's smooth operation in the Mediterranean, with a particular focus on overhauling marine engines. In addition to his extensive shipyard experience, Goran contributes to maritime engineering textbooks for high school students. He enjoys fishing, sports, jogging, and spending time with his family in nature, including cycling. Goran also stays updated by reading professional literature on marine engines.

Recognized for calm decision-making under pressure, strong leadership on the bridge, and effective communication with captains, crew, and shore management. He is eager to join DEEP BLUE II as Chief Officer.
