Trained within the Alain Ducasse restaurant group in Monaco, he developed a strong foundation in high-end French and Mediterranean cuisine before moving into the superyacht industry.
He has completed multiple Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons as Head Chef on private and charter yachts up to 50m, overseeing full galley operations, provisioning, and bespoke menu design. During charter, he prioritises guest satisfaction, ensuring each dining experience is tailored, seamless, and memorable.
Charly is known for his elegant presentation, fresh seasonal ingredients, and his ability to adapt to diverse preferences and dietary requirements. Calm under pressure and highly organised, he maintains impeccable galley standards and consistently delivers an exceptional culinary experience, elevating the overall charter experience onboard.
