In his role as first officer, Martin works closely with the captain to develop and implement operational plans, ensuring the efficient execution of voyages. He collaborates with the crew to manage daily activities onboard, including maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Martin is also adept at managing the yacht's inventory, ensuring that all supplies, equipment, and provisions are well-stocked and properly maintained. His ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing circumstances is vital in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all passengers and crew members. Based in Greece, he enjoys photography and diving in his leisure time. Henrik is passionate about creating exceptional charter experiences, adapting each itinerary to suit his guests—whether they’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or family fun. An experienced diver and watersports enthusiast, he’s just as comfortable leading a beach BBQ as he is navigating remote anchorages.
Fluent in Swedish, English, and Spanish, with good German, Henrik is friendly, professional, and hands-on, ensuring guests always feel welcome, safe, and immersed in the joy of yachting. When off duty, he enjoys sailing, wing foiling, kitesurfing, climbing, motorcycling (the fast kind), cycling, reading, and playing the drums—enthusiastically, if not expertly.

Chef Michele is celebrated for his calm, professional demeanour, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional presentation. His cuisine highlights the finest seasonal ingredients, elegantly prepared to suit each guest’s tastes and preferences. Whether creating sophisticated multi-course dinners or relaxed, family-style meals, he consistently delivers a dining experience that exceeds expectations.
A true yacht chef, Michele is highly adaptable and guest-focused, skilled at accommodating a wide range of dietary requirements including gluten-free, vegetarian, and allergen-sensitive menus. Previously serving as a private chef for a VVIP client in Warsaw, Chef Mariusz specialises in bespoke menus tailored to individual dietary requirements, including gluten-free and dairy-free options. His experience extends to the yachting industry, where he worked as a sole chef on M/Y Fortuna (36m) and M/Y Hunter (40m), ensuring culinary excellence at sea. In addition to his fine dining expertise, he spent four years as the owner of a Mexican restaurant in Poland.

Amelia grew up on a small island off the coast of England, where the sea was a part of everyday life. After earning a degree in Marketing, she chose to step away from city living to pursue a career that aligned more closely with her passion for the ocean. Yachting offered the perfect blend of travel, variety, and hands-on work. Although still early in her yachting career, Amelia brings solid hospitality experience gained from working in a busy seafood restaurant and has a keen eye for detail. As Second Stewardess, she supports the Chief Stewardess with interior maintenance, guest service, and daily operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience on board. Whether preparing cabins or assisting with service, she approaches every task with care and professionalism. Outside of work, Amelia enjoys snorkelling, exploring new places, and meeting people from around the world. She is enthusiastic about contributing to the charter experience and takes pride in helping create a relaxed and memorable atmosphere for guests.
