Born and raised in South Africa, Margo grew up with a natural mix of warmth, grit, and quiet confidence, the kind of steady presence that fits perfectly into life at sea. Margo joined the industry with a simple mission: work hard, learn fast, and deliver service that feels thoughtful and effortless. Naturally creative, she loves transforming spaces whether it’s setting a relaxed beach-club lunch or curating themed evenings that feel personal and memorable. She values teamwork, a calm interior, and the kind of steady, behind-the-scenes work that makes everything run smoothly. Off duty, you’ll find Margo exploring new places, hunting down the best ice cream in whatever port she lands in, and collecting the small moments that make traveling worth it. She’s quickly becoming the kind of stew every yacht is lucky to have.
