Born in Windsor, UK, he moved to Spain at the age of seven, where he grew up and went to school – gaining a bilingual, multicultural background. More recently, he relocated to Devon, UK, where he and his partner are raising their one-year-old daughter, Hallie.
Known for his flexible approach and strong leadership skills, Tommy is a reliable and respected crew member. Off duty, he’s passionate about motorsports - particularly motocross, go-karting, and Formula One - and also enjoys football and skiing. His upbeat personality and quick sense of humor help maintain a positive onboard atmosphere, making him a key part of the team.

From West Sussex, UK, Guy’s love for sailing began at an early age, inspired by his family’s passion for the sport. After completing his Yacht Master Offshore certification, Guy’s career in yachting took off, working on some of the industry’s finest yachts.
In addition to sailing, Guy enjoys teaching the sport to others, skiing, dinghy racing, and working towards his private pilot’s license. His sense of adventure and strong sailing background make him an expert at ensuring safe and smooth operations while on deck.

From the picturesque coastal city of Nelson, New Zealand, Captain Josh Kay brings a wealth of adventure and expertise to the helm. Holding a Master 3000 GT yacht license and a Bachelor’s in Project Management,
Josh’s career began as a PADI Dive Instructor before transitioning to underwater videography and photography in Queensland, Australia.
His thrilling three-year circumnavigation led him to all seven continents, where he climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, trekked with mountain gorillas in Uganda, hiked to Machu Picchu, and dived with humpback whales in Tonga. With extensive cruising experience across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Cuba, Central America, U.S. East and West Coasts, Canada, the Red Sea, Southeast Asia, Australia, the Maldives, Patagonia, and Antarctica, Josh is always seeking new horizons.
Now residing in New Zealand with his wife and three sons, Josh’s boundless passion for the ocean and exploration continues to drive his career.

He specializes in Japanese cuisine and sushi, as well as Mediterranean and traditional Italian dishes. His career spans roles as an executive chef in high-end restaurants and beach clubs, including Roxxy Beach in St Maarten and Yado Sushi in Rome. Davide is highly skilled in advanced cooking techniques, food safety, cost control, and team management. He currently offers private chef services, culinary consulting, and cooking instruction for villas, yachts, and exclusive events. His passion lies in blending tradition with innovation to create exceptional dining experiences.

She holds an honour’s degree in psychology and has worked in client management, marketing, coaching, and performing.
As a professional singer, Michela loves to entertain and looks forward to performing for guests whenever the opportunity arises. Before joining M/Y DOKINHA, she worked on a 60m motor yacht where her passion for yachting began. She is dedicated to delivering warm, high-quality service - with a smile, every time.

Gareth started his engineering career in the commercial sector, working on container ships, car carriers, and cruise ships before moving into yachting in 2013. Gareth was the first crew member to join M/Y DOKINHA in May 2024, playing a key role overseeing the launch, commissioning and delivery of the yacht.
Always working behind the scenes, Gareth keeps the yacht’s systems running smoothly to ensure everything works just as it should for our guests. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, hiking, and staying active.
