Aina brings over three years of experience in the culinary world, with a strong focus on local cuisine and zero-kilometer products. Born and raised in Ibiza, her cooking is deeply inspired by the flavors of the island, combining tradition with a passion for the sea.
Trained at a culinary school in Ibiza and having worked in several local restaurants, Aina is proud to share the essence of her roots through every dish. She defines herself as creative, dedicated, and deeply connected to her island's culinary heritage.

Sara, originally from Barcelona, brings 9 years of valuable experience in the maritime industry to our team.
In the past two years, she has earned both her Captain's License and PPER certification, showcasing her dedication and expertise.
Beyond her professional qualifications, Sara is an avid sports enthusiast with a love for padel, skiing, and sailing, which align perfectly with her passion for life at sea.
Her diverse skills and energy are a welcome addition to ensure a warm and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Toni is an Ibizan local! He started his passion for the sea at the age of 9 years old with competitive sailing.
At the age of 22 years old he decided to stop with the competitions and to start studying Nautical Engineering and Maritime Transport. Nowadays he transfers this knowledge into the yachting industry.
Toni enjoys meeting new people and with his open and sociable personality he strives to create the perfect atmosphere for everybody on board of the Dolce Vita IV.
He loves to do all kinds of sports, especially the ones in the water and that give you that extra bit of adrenaline.
Toni speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.

Born in Santander (Spain) in 1985, Miguel has always been passionate about the sea. He has 15 years of experience in the charter industry and has also participated in regattas representing Spain for 15 years; and has even been world champion!
His hobbies include sport fishing, kitesurfing, skiing and waterpolo.

DOLCE VITA IV is a 31.45-meter ASTONDOA 102 GLX, built in 2007 and recently refitted to the highest standards, including the addition of a new double cabin and stabilizers. The ASTONDOA 102 GLX is classified as a raised pilothouse yacht, featuring two and a half decks with a command bridge located between the main deck and the flybridge. Constructed with a GRP hull and superstructure and offering a superb layout, DOLCE VITA IV impresses not only with her size and presence but also with her refined and imposing interior design. She stands as one of the finest achievements of the renowned Spanish shipyard.
The yacht accommodates up to 12 guests overnight in 5 elegant staterooms, all located on the lower deck: one full-beam Master cabin, two spacious VIP cabins, and two Twin cabins with Pullman beds—both Twin cabins are convertible into doubles, offering flexible sleeping arrangements to suit different group needs. All cabins feature ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and entertainment systems, and are decorated in warm tones with luxurious furnishings.
DOLCE VITA IV carries a professional crew of 5 to ensure an exceptional charter experience. The spacious and stylish main salon reflects the same refined design found throughout the staterooms, combining neutral tones, light oak finishes, and plush seating. The salon also features a large dining area and is equipped with state-of-the-art entertainment, including LED/LCD TV, home cinema system, and Bose surround sound.
Outdoor living is equally impressive, with generous areas for al fresco dining and lounging. Guests can enjoy a spacious aft deck with seating for 8, a sun-soaked sundeck, and a well-appointed flybridge with a dining table for 12, bar, fridge, and Bimini – the perfect setting for unforgettable moments with friends and family.
