With a strong academic background in kinesiology and a Master’s degree from the University of Mostar, she has built over 10 years of experience across sports, wellness, education, and hospitality roles. She currently runs her own Pilates studio, specializing in reformer Pilates and personalized training programs focused on strength, flexibility, and posture correction. Her previous experience as a personal trainer, P.E. teacher, lifeguard, and housekeeping supervisor has given her a solid foundation in both guest service and operational responsibility, with strong attention to safety and detail.
She is known for her energetic, positive, and approachable personality, with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect easily with guests. Highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure, she is comfortable working in dynamic environments. A disciplined and results-driven maritime professional with over 50,000 nautical miles of experience in the Adriatic and international waters, including a Croatia–Maldives delivery voyage. Since joining the yachting industry, he has gained solid experience as both Deckhand and Skipper across private and charter yachts, including daily operations, guest service, and vessel handling.
Experienced in docking, anchoring, mooring, and tender operations, he is also highly skilled in exterior maintenance, including detailing, teak care, and maintaining a charter-ready finish. Known for reliability, strong work ethic, and calm performance under pressure, he consistently supports smooth and safe vessel operations.
Fluent in English and Croatian, he combines technical competence with a guest-focused approach, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a high standard of onboard experience at all times.
