He qualified as a Ship Master 500 GT and Engineer I3 in 1990 and has been working on this vessel since its restoration in 2016. His extensive experience as a captain includes many years aboard private yachts throughout the Mediterranean.
From the age of nine, he began earning his own money working on fishermen’s boats, immersing himself in the demanding yet captivating world of the sea. Only those who have lived that life can truly understand its challenges. Once you experience the salty adventure, it becomes impossible to leave. The older you get, the more mesmerized you become by something so beautiful and yet so formidable.
After spending 24 years as a fisherman, he decided to change his profession but not his workplace-the sea remains his home.
A relaxed and approachable individual, he is also an exceptionally skilled and capable captain. While his English proficiency is at an A2 level, his expertise, leadership, and deep connection to the ocean speak volumes.
