She brings many skills to the table, including fine dining, silver service, mixology, and event planning. She has a passion for creative table settings and flower arrangements. Stéphane is an accomplished French-trained Chef with over 30 years of experience spanning Michelin-starred restaurants, Relais & Châteaux properties, and the superyacht industry. Prior to yachting, Stéphane spent 16 years in top tier restaurants across Europe, including Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, England, and France, before relocating to Canada to work as a pastry chef for nearly three years. Career highlights include winning a Gold Medal for a sugar showpiece at a culinary competition in Alberta, Canada. Highly skilled in French haute cuisine, traditional European and Asian cooking, Stéphane is known for a strong focus on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Extensive yacht experience includes delivering refined menus for owners and charter guests aboard 40m–70m vessels operating throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, Middle East, Maldives, and Seychelles. His philosophy is simple: “Use the best ingredients, respect their flavour, and create moments people will always remember.”
