Captain Massimo Solari brings over 25 years of command experience on both charter and private yachts, including renowned vessels such as Mosaique, Fantasea, My Dragon, Boadicea, and Alalya. Having commanded yachts up to 80 metres, he has extensive cruising experience throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, United States, Baltic and North Seas, with particular expertise in the Mediterranean and transatlantic passages.
Originally from Italy, Massimo graduated from the Nautical Institute Giovanni da Verrazzano and holds a Master Unlimited Certificate of Competency. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed major refit projects, yacht deliveries, ownership transitions, and numerous Atlantic crossings, earning a reputation for his calm leadership, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
Known for his calm leadership style and strong focus on guest satisfaction, Massimo excels at creating a safe, seamless, and enjoyable onboard environment for owners and charter guests. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, reading, staying active, and exploring new subjects of interest.

Alex is an experienced Chief Officer originally coming from Ukraine with over 12 years in the yachting industry, combining strong leadership with excellent problem-solving skills. He holds a Master 500GT and Chief Mate 3000GT certification and has served on yachts including M/Y Forever. Alex speaks English and Ukrainian.
Originally from Ukraine, Alex also brings a diverse background in hospitality, with experience in restaurants, private villas, and managing his own B&B. Before yachting, he organized mountain expeditions, reflecting his passion for adventure.
Alex is known for his calm approach and ability to find solutions in challenging situations, ensuring smooth operations on board.
In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and traveling. His favorite destinations include Nazaré and the Dolomites, with winter mountain climbing being his greatest adventure to date.

Andrew is in his second season in the yachting industry, bringing over 25 years of experience in watersports instruction and adventure sports worldwide. A former professional extreme sports athlete, his background includes Whitewater kayaking, rafting, climbing, and mountaineering, giving him extensive experience in high-performance outdoor environments. A true waterman, Andrew is highly skilled with kayaks, SUPs, jet skis, chase boats, and a full range of water toys, ensuring guests can explore the ocean in a safe, exciting, and engaging way. He combines a strong safety-first approach with a passion for adventure, catering to guests of all experience levels. Marta is an experienced Chief Stewardess with nearly 10 years in the yachting industry, having worked on a range of yachts up to 50 meters. Since starting her career in 2016, she has developed a strong passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. One of her favorite yachts was Karibu (Oyster 885).
Originally from Poland, Marta holds a Bachelor’s degree in English, specializing in teaching children. Before joining yachting, she worked as a teacher and gained valuable hospitality experience during exclusive events such as Formula 1 in Silverstone, working at Whittlebury Hall in UK. She also spent five years living in Paris as an au pair, which strengthened her adaptability and international experience.
Marta speaks English, Polish, German, with a basic knowledge of French.
Her greatest adventure to date was crossing the Atlantic on a sailing yacht, as well as sailing in the Caribbean. She is passionate about skiing, with her favorite destinations being the Dolomites in Italy and the Swiss Alps. In her free time, she enjoys long walks and playing with her dog.

Originally from South Africa and now based in Ireland, Shannon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. She enjoys all aspects of interior operations, from service and housekeeping to table décor and guest interaction.
In her free time, Shannon enjoys yoga, hiking, art, nature photography, and exploring new cultures through travel. Friendly, professional, and dedicated, she takes pride in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless experience on board.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Tim is an experienced Rotational Chief Engineer with more than 16 years in the yachting industry. Fluent in English, he has worked onboard renowned yachts such as Tuscan Sun, DB9, Predator, and Mrs L, bringing extensive engineering expertise, professionalism, and a positive attitude to the team.
Tim holds an MCA Y3 Chief Engineer certification alongside an HNC in Engineering and has also worked as a lead build engineer on both motor and sailing yachts. Known for being approachable and hands-on, he ensures all onboard systems run smoothly and eaiciently.
When not in the engine room, Tim enjoys outdoor adventures with his family, including kayaking, snowboarding, motorcycles, and exploring new destinations in their caravan. One of his most memorable experiences was completing an 800-mile oa-road ride across Baja, Mexico.

Before entering yachting, he gained valuable experience in hospitality, hotel operations, construction, and sports-related roles, which helped shape his strong work ethic, adaptability, and excellent people skills in fast-paced environments.
Pedro brings over 10 years of hospitality and guest service experience, consistently delivering high standards of professionalism. He is known for his positive attitude, strong teamwork, watersports knowledge, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Originally from South Africa, Aidan completed his secondary education there and is currently advancing his maritime training with a clear long-term focus in the yachting industry. Before yachting, he worked as a tow truck driver, developing a strong work ethic and practical problem-solving skills. In his free time, Aidan enjoys surfing, watersports, gym training, and hiking. Friendly and safety-focused, he takes pride in assisting guests with water toys and making time on board fun and memorable.

She holds a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and has worked on board M/Y Tayrona, where she developed her skills in delivering high standards of service. Before yachting, Erica was involved in research projects in Milan and also worked as a freelance video editor.
Energetic and creative, she enjoys salsa dancing, hiking, drawing, and travelling. Professional and detail-oriented, Erica takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional guest experiences onboard.

His diverse culinary style draws inspiration from Italian, Asian, and Middle Eastern cuisines, as well as plant-based cooking, allowing him to tailor menus to suit every guest’s preferences.
Originally from Scotland, Paul was awarded Scottish Chef of the Year at just 20, highlighting his early talent and dedication to his craft. He has since worked on prestigious yachts such as Flying Fox and Moonraker, delivering exceptional dining experiences at the highest level.
Paul is known for creating memorable moments for guests, from refined dining to relaxed beach barbecues. Outside the galley, he enjoys golf and billiards, and his greatest adventure to date was a motorcycle journey across Vietnam.
