With hands-on experience aboard the 37m M/Y SUD, the 30m M/Y Monte-Cristo and the 26m M/Y Ocean, she brings a strong and versatile background in both interior and deck operations to her current role on board E-MOTION. Committed to continuous growth, she has completed her deckhand certification and her Captain 200 course, demonstrating her drive to broaden her skill set and advance professionally. From event planning and guest service to floristry and mixology, Joséphine takes pride in creating a warm, elegant atmosphere and ensuring every guest feels at home from the moment they step on board.

A family man, Cédric has worked with the owning family for over 10 years. Extremely trustworthy, he is an invaluable asset to the E-MOTION team and has a good understanding of what security and safety means on a Superyacht. He is always keen to offer his guests a wonderful cruising experience and making sure that all guests have the best memorable stay. When he is not on board, Cédric loves to sail on his own classic sailing boat on the French Riviera.

Clement is a motivated and hands-on deckhand with dual English and French nationality and fluent in both French & English. After completing a two-year Maritime Foundation program at UKSA, he quickly gained experience across a range of vessels, from the 110m M/Y Bravo Eugenia to the 28m M/Y Popeye, where he held a year-long permanent role. His responsibilities included line handling, detailing, guest services, tender driving, engine room upkeep, and water toy management. Known for his strong work ethic, adaptability, and team spirit, Clement thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. His hospitality background—ranging from assistant manager to bar service—adds a layer of customer service finesse that enhances the onboard guest experience.

With a background in luxury service and aviation, Laurie-Pier brings a refined, guest-focused approach to her role as stewardess. Canadian-born and bilingual in French and English, she combines warmth and professionalism with practical experience gained across several motor yachts, including M/Y KOLAHA (63m) and M/Y AMI (34m), where she served as both stewardess and nanny. Laurie-Pier's prior work as a flight attendant with Air Canada sharpened her ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure, while her retail experience at luxury fashion retailer honed her eye for detail and presentation. Known for her positivity, adaptability, and can-do spirit, Laurie-Pier is deeply committed to creating a positive onboard atmosphere.

Riley grew up in Mauritius where she developed a natural love for the ocean. Joining the yacht industry in 2025, she brings her vibrant & outgoing personality to her stewardess role. Fluent in English and French, she has worked as a service stewardess aboard the 52m S/Y Scorpios, where she thrived assisting with events and serving the guests onboard. Riley's experience includes service training in silver service, bar etiquette, and table décor, along with a solid foundation in hospitality from years working as a hostess and waitress. She also brings a nurturing side, having worked as a private nanny. Friendly and adaptable, Riley is passionate about learning and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.

With over 35 years of maritime experience, Alain has served as Chief Engineer aboard various vessels, from offshore crew boats to luxury yachts and scientific expedition sailboats. Since April 2023, he has worked independently as a project manager on new builds and refits for polar expedition ships, as well as advisor for sale and purchase of pleasure boats. To date, Alain has worked on 41m M/Y Ocean Sapphire, 35m M/Y Leopard and 30m M/Y Shyraga to name a few. His career includes more than 25 years at sea and 10 years in shore-based roles, including scientific missions and project management.

Jeremy is a highly skilled chef with a passion for luxury gastronomy. With years of experience in fine dining, he masterfully creates elegant, sophisticated dishes that blend precision with creativity. Jeremy’s culinary journey spans yachts, private residences, luxury hotels, and Michelin-starred restaurants, where he has refined his techniques and developed a versatile repertoire.
Proficient in Mediterranean, fusion, Asian, sushi, Russian, and seafood cuisine (among others), Jeremy brings a world of flavours to the table. He spent 12 years as the chef aboard the 50m M/Y Avangard 2 followed by 43m M/Y Arina, gaining invaluable expertise in delivering exceptional dining experiences at sea.
Passionate about sourcing the freshest local ingredients and staying ahead of culinary trends, Jeremy is dedicated to crafting innovative, unforgettable meals. He looks forward to welcoming guests aboard M/Y E-MOTION, where every dish is designed to delight and leave a lasting impression.

Captain Alexandre has more than 20 years of experience in the yachting industry, including 15 charter seasons. He has held several positions on a range of yachts, which has provided him with the extensive knowledge required to run operations and procedures on board throughout all departments. Prior to joining E-MOTION, he was the captain on board 33m M/Y Robbie Bobby for over 3 years and 34m M/Y Black and White. Captain Alexandre is a dynamic and professional seaman known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, organization, and guest satisfaction. With a passion for navigation and team management, he ensures every journey is smooth, every crew well-led, and every guest experience truly unforgettable.
