Now transitioning to the world of yachting, Tomaso brings with him the discipline, precision and creative sensibility that fine dining demands, combined with a genuine passion for quality ingredients and refined plating. A graduate of the Nautical Institute of Livorno, he has spent the past several seasons building solid charter experience across a range of private motor yachts, from a Ferretti 620 tracing the entire Italian coastline from La Spezia to Rimini, to a 33-metre yacht covering 4,000–5,000 miles in a single season between the Gulf of Naples, Sardinia and the Balearic Islands.
Samuele is confident with water toys, tender driving and night watch duties, Being a certified rescue diver, he brings safety awareness and aquatic expertise that guests will appreciate the moment the toys are deployed. Energetic, versatile and genuinely enthusiastic about life on the water, he is exactly the kind of deckhand that makes a charter feel effortless.
