His hands-on experience even extends to the engine room, where he’s assisted with maintenance and troubleshooting, making him a true team player across departments.
As a certified Divemaster, Santiago brings an extra layer of adventure to any trip. He’s confident leading dive excursions and teaching guests the skills they need to explore safely and enjoyably.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Santiago is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly to different routines and crew dynamics. Her background also includes time as a dive instructor, general manager of a dive center, hospitality lead, and VIP concierge, giving her a uniquely well‑rounded skillset and an exceptional eye for guest needs.
Outside of work, Kali is fueled by adventure and creativity. She enjoys scuba diving, hiking, cooking, reading, photography, volunteering, and all things health & fitness. Her positive energy, professionalism, and passion for service make her a fantastic addition to the crew.

Guy is a highly experienced yacht captain with over 35 years of experience. Starting young, he explored the islands of the Bahamas at 12 years old with his father who is a retired yacht captain. The Bahamas is now one of Guy's favorite places to cruise around and explore. His proficiency in maintenance to bridge operations to leadership will ensure smooth sailing and safety for guests and crew. Sharing his knowledge in the bridge on all scopes of yachting is also something Guy enjoys.
