Passionate and driven, Vanessa joins M/Y EH2 in 2024. She first joined the yacht industry in 1992 on board M/Y Galaxy as a Chief Stewardess. Vanessa continued her career on yachts until 1999, when she decided to launch her own restaurant, taking on dual roles as the chef and front of house manager, serving Mediterranean dishes. In 2003-2023 she opened a new restaurant situated in the Antigua Yacht Club Marina, serving up a diverse menu of Mediterranean cuisine and delivering impeccable service whilst upholding the highest hospitality standards. In 2023 Vanessa returned to the yacht industry working on board both motor and sail vessels. She has a wealth of experience and her dedication to excellence ensures seamless operations and unforgettable holidays for the guests.

Montana is a dedicated and service-oriented professional with eight years of hospitality experience. She has a stellar guest satisfaction record and is able to thrive in busy environments with professionalism and courtesy. Montana’s extensive experience in hospitality has equipped her with strong organizational, multitasking, and fine dining skills, enabling her to consistently deliver high-end quality guest experiences. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, swimming and skiing.

William has gathered a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of yachting, spanning from substantial maintenance shipyard projects to a variety of roles on deck, ranging from bosun to chase boat captain on vessels measuring 37m to 65m. His experience encompasses high-profile private programs as well as extensive charters. With over a decade of leadership experience, he is intrinsically motivated, consistently striving for the highest standards of excellence. He joins EH2 this summer and looks forward to welcoming the guests onboard.

Robert is a highly skilled and creative Head Chef with over two decades of international culinary experience, including placements at Michelin-starred restaurants and extensive service aboard private and charter yachts up to 55 meters. German by nationality, and fluent in English, German, French, Spanish, and Chinese, Robert delivers world-class cuisine with a refined, multicultural touch. Most recently Head Chef aboard M/Y Iris Blue (55m), Robert impressed with his ability to consistently deliver diverse, flavour-forward meals to exacting standards, even in remote cruising areas like the Galápagos, Tahiti, and New Zealand. His calm, adaptable presence and deep respect for hygiene and teamwork have earned praise from both guests and captains.
Robert’s cuisine reflects a harmonious blend of European classics and Asian influences, with a focus on health-conscious and flavourful meals tailored to both guest and crew preferences. From running a 120-dish bespoke menu in a luxury villa to helming solo galley operations on multiple yachts, Robert brings both precision and passion to his work. Whether managing provisions on long passages or creating memorable guest dining experiences, he is a dependable, resourceful, and inspired addition to EH2 team.

Mark has worked onboard a number of yachts as an engineer, including 35m S/Y Sealen B, 37mt S/Y Norfolk Star and 56m M/Y Jaguar to name a few. Onboard EH2, he works hard in the background to ensure that the yacht runs smoothly at all times.

Mia is a motivated and hardworking deckhand with a background in customer service, childcare, and maritime operations. Originally from the UK, she brings a composed, hands-on approach to yacht life and thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Having completed the Flying Fish Superyacht Deckhand course, Mia is equipped with practical training in ropework, washdowns, teak care, engine maintenance, and tender handling. Her hands-on deck experience includes working on M/Y Ab Initio (47m), where she contributed to detailing and exterior upkeep with professionalism and care. With strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a calm presence under pressure, Mia adapts quickly and contributes meaningfully to the EH2 crew. Her passion for the ocean, love of travel, and active lifestyle make her a natural for the EH2 crew, where she’s committed to growing her skills and excelling on deck.
