Passionate and driven, Vanessa joins M/Y EH2 in 2024. She first joined the yacht industry in 1992 on board M/Y Galaxy as a Chief Stewardess. Vanessa continued her career on yachts until 1999, when she decided to launch her own restaurant, taking on dual roles as the chef and front of house manager, serving Mediterranean dishes. In 2003-2023 she opened a new restaurant situated in the Antigua Yacht Club Marina, serving up a diverse menu of Mediterranean cuisine and delivering impeccable service whilst upholding the highest hospitality standards. In 2023 Vanessa returned to the yacht industry working on board both motor and sail vessels. She has a wealth of experience and her dedication to excellence ensures seamless operations and unforgettable holidays for the guests.

Kyle Rhodes White is a highly capable and experienced First Officer of the Watch with a strong background across both build projects and operational superyachts. With a professional, safety-driven approach and a passion for yachting, he brings a well-rounded skill set spanning navigation, compliance, and deck operations.
Most recently serving as Second Officer onboard the 78m M/Y Amalya, Kyle was actively involved throughout both the build and operational phases of the vessel. His responsibilities included passage planning and navigation using advanced ECDIS systems, managing navigational documentation, conducting SOLAS checks, and supporting full regulatory compliance. He also played a key role in developing SOPs, implementing SMS procedures, and managing Permit to Work systems, demonstrating strong organisational and technical capabilities.
Kyle’s previous experience includes acting as Temporary Chief Officer on vessels up to 50m, where he led deck teams, managed daily operations, trained crew, and maintained high safety and operational standards. His background also includes freelance captaincy, mate, and deckhand roles, giving him a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of yacht operations from junior to senior levels.
Known for his proactive mindset, strong leadership skills, and calm approach under pressure, Kyle is a reliable and adaptable team player who thrives in dynamic environments. Alessandro Deiana is a highly experienced and hands-on Chief Engineer with an extensive maritime career spanning over two decades across a wide range of vessel types, including cargo ships, cruise vessels, ferries, and luxury motor and sailing yachts. His broad technical expertise and deep operational knowledge make him a valuable asset to any engineering team.
Alessandro has served as Chief Engineer on several yachts and passenger vessels, most recently onboard M/Y D’ONE and S/Y SEVEN, where he was fully responsible for the management and operation of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems. His experience includes shipyard periods, refits, flag changes, and full seasonal operations across the Mediterranean and Adriatic, demonstrating his versatility and ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
Earlier in his career, he held senior engineering roles on large commercial vessels and cruise ships, including long-term service as Second Engineer on cable-laying ships, ferries, and container vessels. This background has provided him with exceptional technical depth, particularly in high-powered propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, and large-scale engineering operations.
Known for his calm, solution-oriented approach, Alessandro performs exceptionally well under pressure and thrives in demanding environments. He is a strong team player with leadership qualities and a proactive mindset, committed to maintaining the highest safety and operational standards onboard.

Originally from the UK, she brings a composed, hands-on approach to yacht life and thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Having completed the Flying Fish Superyacht Deckhand course, Mia is equipped with practical training in ropework, washdowns, teak care, engine maintenance, and tender handling. Her hands-on deck experience includes working on M/Y Ab Initio (47m), where she contributed to detailing and exterior upkeep with professionalism and care. With strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a calm presence under pressure, Mia adapts quickly and contributes meaningfully to the EH2 crew. Her passion for the ocean, love of travel, and active lifestyle make her a natural for the EH2 crew, where she’s committed to growing her skills and excelling on deck.

Tiziana Bianciardi is a highly experienced Yacht Chef with over two decades in the yachting industry, delivering exceptional culinary experiences on both private and charter vessels. With a strong background that also includes time in London working in high-profile private households and Michelin-mentioned restaurants, she brings a refined and versatile approach to onboard dining.
Specialising in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, Tiziana also offers extensive experience in Middle Eastern dishes, as well as kosher, sushi, and tailored dietary menus. Her ability to adapt to diverse guest preferences, combined with her creativity and attention to detail, ensures consistently high standards of cuisine onboard.
Tiziana has worked across a wide range of yachts from 30m to 67m, including M/Y Sun Voyager (55m), M/Y Miama (30m), and M/Y Daahlak (40m), where she operated as Sole Chef catering for both crew and guests. She is equally comfortable managing high-demand charter environments and structured private programs, consistently delivering well-balanced menus and smooth galley operations.
Known for her calm and professional demeanor, Tiziana excels under pressure and is highly efficient in provisioning throughout the Mediterranean. Her strong organisational skills and leadership in the galley ensure seamless service and a positive working environment.
She holds all relevant certifications including STCW, Ship’s Cook (HACCP), and additional training such as WSET Level 2 and a Michelin menu course with 3* Chef Italo Bassi. Fluent in English with additional knowledge of Spanish and French, she is a well-rounded and great addition to the EH2 crew.
