Captain Konstantinos was born and raised on the scenic island of Kythnos, where early trips on his father’s fishing boat sparked a lifelong passion for the sea, navigation, and vessels. After training as a mechanic, he served as an engineer in the Hellenic Navy, building strong technical and operational expertise before moving into professional yachting.
He began his captaincy career in Mykonos, commanding daily cruises and earning a reputation for reliable seamanship. Winter seasons were spent delivering monohull sailing yachts and large catamarans offshore, strengthening his long-range navigation and planning skills. Experienced across 57–86 ft motor yachts and fully certified for commercial operations, he is known for his calm leadership, organization, and natural connection with international guests. He enjoys mostly offering from his heart “filoxenia” (Greek hospitality), whether it be finding unique swim locations, manning a special BBQ or setting up a fun karaoke night aboard– anything that brings his guests closer to comfort and joy for an unforgettable charter.

He specializes in modern Mediterranean and International cuisine, crafting personalized menus for VIP and high-profile guests. He has served as private chef aboard luxury motor yachts, consistently delivering creative, precise, and discreet culinary experiences.
His talent earned accolades in 2023, including 2nd Place in Culinary Excellence at the EMMYS Yacht Show, plus a Top 3 recipe ranking in the prestigious Trikalinos Bottarga Competition. Certified as a Culinary Arts Technician with training in food hygiene, dietetics, inventory control, restaurant management, and pastry basics, he brings nutrition knowledge into his cooking and galley operations.
His background as a kick-boxing coach and athlete has further strengthened his leadership, time management, discipline, and deep knowledge of nutrition and proper diet. With a passion for music and electric guitar, his creative nature makes him a dynamic presence onboard. He communicates comfortably with international guests while ensuring smooth and professional galley operations.
