Adian’s yachting career has taken him more than 9,000 nautical miles throughout both European and American waters. With several years of experience as the sole engineer on a 32-meter expedition yacht, he is highly skilled in engine-room watchkeeping, diesel engine and generator maintenance, and the management of water and fueling systems.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering, along with multiple certifications, including Powerboat and Jet Ski qualifications. His expertise extends into research and development, project management, and cost analysis.

David brings a decade of culinary expertise to EL REY, shaped by his roots in Baja California. His career includes leading a range of culinary projects and consultancies across Mexico, where he refined his skill for flavor-driven cuisine and warm, guest-focused hospitality.
His cooking style is bold, diverse, and technique-forward, with specialties in Mediterranean fusion, seafood, Asian and French cuisines, and of course, traditional Mexican dishes. High-quality ingredients, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional grill mastery define his approach in the galley.
David has also had the opportunity to work alongside world-renowned chefs, experiences that have expanded his creativity and broadened his culinary perspective. Constantly inspired by global flavors and cultural connections, he strives to craft meals that both surprise and delight every guest on board.

Born in Conway, South Carolina, Alexis is a dedicated Deckhand currently charting her path in the yachting industry. Her journey began after graduating from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurial Management and a minor in International Business. After relocating to Fort Lauderdale, she launched her maritime career aboard a sightseeing and charter vessel in Delray Beach before transitioning to private yachts.
Alexis thrives on the water and enjoys helping guests connect with their surroundings. With over two years of experience in retail, she brings strong problem-solving skills, hospitality awareness, and effective communication to every role. One of her most memorable yachting moments was snorkeling through the crystal-clear coral reefs of the Bahamas.

A San Diego native, Chloe brings a strong background in hospitality and a genuine passion for yachting, making her a valuable addition to the service crew. Her experience spans private charters, commercial passenger vessels, and dinner cruise operations, giving her a well-rounded foundation in guest service and onboard hospitality.
Chloe’s diverse skill set includes cooking, bartending, and building connections with children—a natural strength, coming from a large family of nine. Her First Aid and CPR certifications, along with basic firefighting knowledge, reflect her commitment to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for guests.

Chloe Wilkinson

Born and raised in San Diego, Doug brings a wealth of experience from private yachts, delivery work, and commercial passenger fishing vessels, making him an adaptable and highly capable member of the El Rey crew. A master diver with over 1,000 dives—including rescue operations—he is known for his strong focus on maintenance, safety, and exceptional guest service.
Doug holds a USCG 200 Ton license and has operated vessels across the West Coast, the Pacific side of Baja, the Sea of Cortez, Mexico, Panama, and New Zealand.
Hobbies: Diving, Hiking, Fly Fishing
Beyond his professional expertise, he is a team leader for Diving for a Cause, a charitable spearfishing organization.
