Liam grew up on the north coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa, therefore he has a natural love and passion for the ocean and most of his spare time is spent in the water. Liam spent 4 years representing his province and country surfing. After school Liam completed a degree in brand communication and then discovered yachting where he has been for the past 3 years expanding his knowledge and love for the ocean, as well as learning new skills and curating lifelong friendships. Liam joined ELEMENTS in 2024 as Deckhand and was promoted to Bosun and so is a strong and valued member of the team on board, as well as knowing the yacht inside out.

Vitali was born in Donetsk, Ukraine but now calls Greece home. His two main passions are for engineering and wrestling. Vitalyi was tinkering with car engines since his childhood and went on to study engineering at the Donetsk Technical Institute and then later studied naval engineering at the Odessa National Maritime Academy. He first worked on cargo ships and then in 2005 he made the transition onto superyachts. He is enthusiastic and always keen to further his knowledge in his field. He is a hard working member of the engineering team and has a friendly, outgoing personality and a good sense of humour. He is married with one child and in his free time, when he is not wrestling, enjoys water sports activities. Vitalyi speaks fluent Russian, English and Greek.

Kirsten is an experienced and dedicated Head of Housekeeping with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional living environments. Having spent over eight years living and working internationally, she brings adaptability, cultural awareness and a proactive approach to her role. She takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of service while fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere for both guests and crew. Prior to joining ELEMENTS, Kirsten worked as Head of Housekeeping on several other 50m+ charter and private yachts. Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys staying active, hiking, swimming and travelling and aims to continuously learn new skills. She thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings and is always strives to exceed expectations.

Hailing from Poland, Ania boasts over ten years of hands-on experience in the yachting industry, having navigated through various roles and challenges along the way. Outside of her professional domain, she finds peace in hiking around nature’s wonders. A bookworm at heart, she indulges in literary escapades whenever time permits and expresses her artistic side through her drawings. Fuelled by a robust work ethic and an unwavering dedication to service, she strives to craft unforgettable experiences for both guests and crew, fostering an environment of mutual respect and achievement.
Anna Pawlowska

Symeon was born in Athens and has a Computer Science Degree. He is an IT Specialist with more than 23 years of experience maintaining in-house IT systems and providing comprehensive IT support. Simos has an extensive background in marine AV/IT systems from both a shore side and crew perspective and moved over to Super Yachts in 2015 joining the crew of a 74metre motor yacht. In his spare time, he enjoys playing squash and exploring the great outdoors with his bicycle.

Julie brings a warm, positive energy to the team on board ELEMENTS, backed by a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for hospitality. Having started her professional journey at just 14, she has honed her ability to stay organised and calm under pressure, seamlessly managing everything from housekeeping and laundry to guest service with a focus on maintaining impeccable standards. Julie's land-based roles in fast-paced restaurants and cafes across Sweden have refined her multitasking skills and her ability to deliver high-quality service with a smile. Julie is adaptable, eager to learn, and dedicated to ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable environment onboard. She speaks fluent English and her native Swedish.

Albert is an enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated member of the engineering team on board ELEMENTS and joins the yacht with a strong background in the marine industry. He commenced his career in the passenger vessel industry before joining the infamous CHRISTINA O in 2023 where he remained for two seasons before joining ELEMENTS. Albert is looking forward to furthering his career on board superyachts and is a valued member of the crew on board.

Natasha is passionate about new places, cultures, foods and communities. Her food reflects this love and she places a great emphasis on fresh, seasonal and nutritious meals. She favours Mediterranean style cuisine but has also been trained in Cordon Bleu French. She also enjoys experimenting and exploring new ingredients and enjoys Asian-Fusion, as well as being well versed in producing vegan, vegetarian, lactose free and gluten free menus. Natasha has worked on board yachts for well over a decade, on both private and charter yachts, ranging from 30m to 65m and enjoys providing nutritious meals for both guests and crew. In her spare time she enjoys baking (once more in the galley!), sports, films and general anything adventure and experience led.

Pania is from the South Island of New Zealand. Her passion for food started from the young age of 14. Following her education, she decided to further her career and qualified as a culinary trained chef in Nelson, New Zealand. Afterwards, working in various prestigious restaurants in Nelson, Sydney, Australia and in Chelsea, London. Also, gaining experience working under MasterChef John Torode as Head Chef. From London, Pania was then invited to work at Parrot Cay Resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands for high profile clientele. During this period, she was introduced to the exhilarating industry of Superyachts and has been following this passion for the last 21 years, sharing the adventure by meeting her husband on her first yacht! Having completed many successfully charters, Pania can adapt to all of the client’s needs, offering a wide range of cuisines from Mediterranean, Asian, Modern European and Persian.
