Dorina initially pursued a degree in law. However, with her result-oriented mindset, hands-on and problem solving approach, team spirit and strong social skills, she soon recognized that yachting was the perfect fit for her. Dorina decided to venture into hotel, tourism and F&B management studies, seeking to broaden her knowledge of the industry. To enhance her expertise, she also completed a one-year culinary course. Result oriented character with hands on and problem-solving attitude, team spirit and social skills, able to
work under very demanding circumstances in the tourism sector both onshore and off shore. Holder of full driving, motor-boat and sailing-boat licenses. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid tennis enthusiast and enjoys exploring new destinations through travel.

He holds certificates in, fire prevention, lifesaving and firefighting appliances, elementary first aid, personal safety and social responsibilities, proficiency in survival craft and rescue boats. He also holds a speedboat license and a fishing certificate. He is really helpful and a hard worker that can carry out any assignment given.

With over 10 years experience in Ro-Ro/ Pax ship and Bulk carriers, Michail chose to continue his career in the yachting industry which was always his passion. Some of his qualifications
and skills are a deep understanding of the maritime and global shipping industry, thriving in a challenging working environment, the health and safety procedures orientation, communication skills, and good collaboration among the different departments. Michail is a team-oriented and driven individual. He is reliable, determined, proactive, eager to take initiative, able to work fast under pressure, mature, with an attention to detail, always striving towards excellence with an understanding of what his job requires.

Having completed his education as a Naval Architect, gave Grigoris the opportunity to pursuit his career as a Maritime Engineer, up to the rank of Chief Engineer’s unlimited license. After 13 years of duty on merchant vessels, he now would like to evolve his experience to customer-oriented vessels. The yachting industry is a challenging new field, where he can showcase his ability to work hard and excel at any challenges that cross his path.

Grigoris Stivaktas

Chief engineer

Chef Vangelis graduated from the school of Tourism in 2003 with a degree in Culinary Arts. As part of his degree, Vangelis managed to complete his training in a five-star hotel in Greece and later he continued working in similar hotels in order to gain experience. Throughout the years he managed to be Head Chef in many renowned hotels, luxury yachts and restaurants, one of which was awarded 2 Michelin Stars. From Europe to Saudi Arabia and Qatar, Vangelis’ talent was identified as he won the “Best Seafood Restaurant” in 2017 in Doha. He has completed numerous workshops and seminars and he was part of Chef Alain Ducasse for two years. He puts passion into every menu, creating mouth-watering dishes with a range of international influences. Exceptionally well-travelled, Vangelis always seeks out the finest ingredients, keen to respect the local cuisines and traditions that color his creations.

Skilled in managing vessel safety, crew coordination, and guest services, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences on the water. Proficient in operating a variety of yachts, with a solid understanding of seamanship, safety protocols, and maritime regulations. A team player with excellent communication skills, capable of fostering a positive and efficient working environment. Eager to contribute expertise and passion for yachting to a dynamic team.

She is very committed to her professional career and puts top priority in achieving her goals. She is self-confident and always shows the desire to take initiatives and responsibilities.
