Having completed his education as a Naval Architect, gave Grigoris the opportunity to pursuit his career as a Maritime Engineer, up to the rank of Chief Engineer’s unlimited license. After 13 years of duty on merchant vessels, he now would like to evolve his experience to customer-oriented vessels. The yachting industry is a challenging new field, where he can showcase his ability to work hard and excel at any challenges that cross his path.

Grigoris Stivaktas

Arvin is a hardworking and reliable maritime hospitality professional with over two years of experience serving as a Messman and Galley Trainee aboard bulk vessels. Experienced in supporting galley operations, food preparation, kitchen sanitation, meal service, and maintaining hygienic standards in accordance with maritime safety regulations. He has worked on international vessels under Panama and Liberia flags, demonstrating strong teamwork, discipline, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in demanding onboard environments.

Dimitris is a qualified Greek marine engineer, graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Chios, with a solid progression from Engine Cadet to 3rd Engineer across a diverse range of vessels including Anek Lines, SeaJet, and Celestyal Cruises. With hands-on expertise in marine diesel engines, auxiliary machinery maintenance, and a strong familiarity with SOLAS and MARPOL regulations, he brings solid technical competence and a safety-first mindset to every role. Dimitris is a disciplined and reliable team player ready to contribute to any engine room operation.

Dimitris Konstantinakos

Alina is an experienced yacht stewardess with a proven track record as both Second and Chief Stewardess aboard 40m motor yachts. A strong all-rounder across service, housekeeping, and laundry, she combines meticulous attention to detail with polished guest service — including silver, plated, and formal table settings — to deliver a consistently high-end onboard experience. Known for her team-focused mindset, Alina is equally comfortable supervising junior crew, managing interior organization, or leading charter turnarounds. Her background in Food Technologies and ongoing studies in Psychology add a unique dimension to her guest relations and interpersonal skills.

Iro is a motivated and professional young seafarer, currently studying at GMC Maritime Training Center & Maritime Academy. Having completed her first season in the yachting industry as a 4th Stewardess, she returns this year in a well-deserved step up to 3rd Stewardess — a reflection of her strong work ethic, reliability, and the impression she made during her debut season. Despite her early stage of career, Iro demonstrates a maturity and sense of responsibility beyond her years, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A loyal and dedicated crew member, she is eager to continue growing within the yachting world.

Captain Konstantinos is a very capable and experienced captain having worked on both private and charter luxury yachts for more than a decade. He graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Chania and holds a Captain A' Class Diploma. Also, he holds a speedboat license and multiple certificates including Life Saving and Fire Fighting Appliances, PADI (level II), Insurance Class P&I, Dry Ships & Cargo, Economic Geography, Discharging Procedures, Ferretti Convergence, Voyage Planning, Hazardous Materials, Medical Care, SSO, Crisis Management, BRM-BTM, Tanker Safety, Ro-Ro Passenger, Advance Training on Admiralty Raster Chart Service, CD Publications and Automatic Radar Plotting Aids. He commenced his service at sea as Chief Officer on board tankers and holds more than 18 years of experience at sea. Captain Konstantinos has an enthusiasm that blends well with the positive attitude of the entire crew offering a pleasant and relaxing charter on board.

Starting as a Deckhand and progressing through the ranks to Chief Officer, his career reflects a clear commitment to growth and excellence on the water. With hands-on experience across a variety of yachts, he combines strong deck operations and safety expertise with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. His background in tanker operations further reinforces his discipline and adherence to international maritime standards. A reliable team player with excellent communication skills, Manos is eager to bring his seamanship and dedication to a dynamic yachting team.

Manos Vouskoudakis
First Officer
Chef Vangelis graduated from the school of Tourism in 2003 with a degree in Culinary Arts. As part of his degree, Vangelis managed to complete his training in a five-star hotel in Greece and later he continued working in similar hotels in order to gain experience. Throughout the years he managed to be Head Chef in many renowned hotels, luxury yachts and restaurants, one of which was awarded 2 Michelin Stars. From Europe to Saudi Arabia and Qatar, Vangelis’ talent was identified as he won the “Best Seafood Restaurant” in 2017 in Doha. He has completed numerous workshops and seminars and he was part of Chef Alain Ducasse for two years. He puts passion into every menu, creating mouth-watering dishes with a range of international influences. Exceptionally well-travelled, Vangelis always seeks out the finest ingredients, keen to respect the local cuisines and traditions that color his creations.

Vangelis Liakouris

Dorina initially pursued a degree in law. However, with her result-oriented mindset, hands-on and problem solving approach, team spirit and strong social skills, she soon recognized that yachting was the perfect fit for her. Dorina decided to venture into hotel, tourism and F&B management studies, seeking to broaden her knowledge of the industry. To enhance her expertise, she also completed a one-year culinary course. Result oriented character with hands on and problem-solving attitude, team spirit and social skills, able to
work under very demanding circumstances in the tourism sector both onshore and off shore. Holder of full driving, motor-boat and sailing-boat licenses. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid tennis enthusiast and enjoys exploring new destinations through travel.
