Italian Captain with over 10 years of experience in the yachting industry across both private and commercial operations. Gregorio holds a Master 200 GT MCA / OOW 500 GT license and combines strong navigational skills with extensive technical and operational knowledge.
Throughout his career, he has managed charter and private yachts ranging from 85ft to 100ft, overseeing navigation, bridge procedures, crew coordination, guest experience, refit supervision, warranty follow-up, and full yacht management. He has sailed extensively throughout the Mediterranean with more than 7,000 nautical miles completed.
Gregorio has significant experience in yacht construction and refit projects, including collaboration with surveyors and shipyards for technical inspections, sea trials, warranty works, and delivery procedures for new-build yachts. His practical approach, leadership, and problem-solving attitude ensure efficient operations while maintaining high standards of safety, service, and professionalism onboard.

Chef Lidia Lopez Sebastian is a passionate and creative culinary professional with a multicultural background shaped by her roots in Tenerife and her experience living in Italy. Her cuisine reflects her personal journey, blending Mediterranean flavors, regional products, and international influences with creativity and elegance.
A standout milestone in her career, Lidia was awarded 1st Place at the prestigious National Lady Chef Competition in Italy (2023). A member of the Italian Chefs Federation for the past five years, she is dedicated to continuously expanding her culinary knowledge. Her expertise spans from traditional and modern Tuscan cuisine to advanced pastry-making, and she excels in tailoring bespoke menus for specific dietary requirements, including gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free diets.
Calm, adaptable, and highly organized, Lidia is skilled in galley management, provisioning, and stock optimization. Fully compliant with STCW and ENG1 certifications, she is committed to delivering refined, safe, and memorable dining experiences onboard for both owners and guests.

Leonardo Traina graduated with honors from the Nautical Institute of Palermo, specializing as a Deck Officer (Sezione Capitani). He is officially registered in the Seamen's Book as a Deck Cadet and holds an unlimited Yacht Master License (patente nautica senza limite) alongside all advanced STCW certifications.
Highly ambitious despite his young age, Leonardo is consistently affable, remarkably polite, and deeply professional. His lifelong passion for the sea stems from a family with a strong maritime heritage, which has always inspired and encouraged him to pursue a rewarding and elite career in the nautical field.
Backed by a solid training background and solid previous experience, he has chosen to dedicate his skills to the highest standards of the yachting industry. This year marks his second season on board EM3, where he will be serving as Tender Master, fully dedicated to the needs of both guests and crew.
