Following an extensive rebuild transformation completed in 2023, EMERALD combines the renowned pedigree of a classic Feadship with contemporary styling, upgraded systems, and exceptional guest spaces. Her striking deep green hull, extended aft deck, and elegant new interior by Design Unlimited create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, while Quantum stabilisers ensure outstanding comfort both underway and at anchor.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Alex has spent over a decade at sea, building experience across commercial vessels before moving into the superyacht industry in 2019. Since then, he has completed more than 40 successful charters aboard yachts up to 115 metres, progressing to Chief Officer while earning his Chief Mate 3000 licence.
Alex is known for his practical approach, strong teamwork and positive attitude. Whether overseeing deck operations or assisting guests with watersports, he is always ready to help. Away from work he enjoys skiing, rugby, travelling and a wide range of watersports.

Following a successful career in fine dining and the family catering business he established in Greece, he entered the yachting industry in 2013 and has since worked aboard both private and charter yachts around the world.
His menus celebrate fresh Mediterranean cuisine, enhanced with carefully selected international influences, particularly Asian flavours. A proud Greek, Manos has a particular passion for seafood and delights in creating bespoke menus tailored to each guest's tastes, ensuring every meal becomes a highlight of the charter.

Before joining the yachting industry, he spent more than a decade managing high-end restaurants, including helping lead a team working towards two Michelin stars.
