About ENDEAVOUR II
ENDEAVOUR II is a tri-deck explorer yacht, launched by Rossinavi in 2017. This 50m has been conceived for long range cruising. With a maximum speed of 16 knots, and a cruising speed of 12 knots her range is 5,000 nm. ENDEAVOUR II displacement aluminium yacht is suited for long range expeditions.
The vision of this extraordinary yacht was born through the desire to explore the far away and lesser-known coasts and oceans of this world. ENDEAVOUR II is powered by a diesel electric power plant and propulsion by means of azimuthing Rolls Royce thrusters.
The exterior areas of the ENDEAVOUR II make various configuration possible, including an exclusive sun area forward, placed over the wide garage.
She is a fully customized yacht with minimalist lightweight interior by Achille Salvagni. The yacht’s profile is characterized by a broad use of window surfaces that guarantee a constant dialogue between interior and exterior areas and ensure magnificent floor to ceiling panoramic views from inside.
ENDEAVOUR II features a saloon with sliding doors on the upper deck as well as an exclusive sun area and a cockpit furnished with sunbeds forward. Furthermore the outside dining area is located on the upper deck, while the main aft deck is equipped with comfortable seating and an enclosed bimini for protection in bad weather.
ENDEAVOUR II accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms. She is ideally suitable for 8 adults and 2 children/teenagers.
The generous full-beam owner's suite is located forward on the main deck and offers plenty of light and a wonderful panorama thanks to the large windows along the two main sides, essentially bringing the outdoors inside. The owner´s suite features a private balcony as well as a huge walk-in shower.
The 2 equal-sized twin cabins with ensuite facilities and the convertible VIP stateroom are located on the lower deck. The VIP stateroom can either be used as one large suite with private saloon or if separated by means of a large sliding door as 2 cabins, with ensuite facilities. The VIP saloon features a sofa which can be converted into a 1,60 m wide bed. The sliding door between the two rooms is not 100 % soundproof and therefore the yacht is only offered for 8 adults plus 2 children.
The yacht is equipped with a state-of-the-art sound and video system and guests can connect to this system with their own Apple smart devices.

Konrad, from the port city of Gdynia in northern Poland, studied at the Maritime University of Szczecin. He began his career at sea in 2007, gaining experience in cargo, passenger, and offshore operations. In October 2022, he joined the crew of Endeavour II, stepping into the world of yachting.
Outside of work, he is a dedicated husband and father of two, balancing family life with his career. Passionate about innovation, he focuses on building automation and PLC programming to improve everyday life through technology. He also co-founded Samiwear, a children's clothing company known for high-quality garments.

Aditya grew up in city of Mumbai (Western Coast), He started dinghy sailing at the age of 21 and represent India at Sri Lanka for World youth championship

Professional experience I Captain Marcin started sailing on lakes around his hometown near the Baltic Sea in Poland at the age of 12. After completing a two-year-program at the Faculty of Mechanical engineering of the Military Academy of Technology in Warsaw, Marcin started his own boat rental company at the lake of Insko in Poland.
After 5 years working ashore, he decided to pursue a career in the yachting industry and gained valuable experience as day worker, temporary deckhand and delivery crew on board many yachts. Marcin has been on board ENDEAVOUR II since her launch in 2017 as first officer and was appointed as captain in February 2022.
During his career, Marcin has obtained large practical experience and various professional certificates and has cruised every corner of the Mediterranean and Adriatic. Marcin also has a great understanding of water toys by being involved in many water sport activities on his previous yachts.

Bryce grew up on the coast of South Africa, therefore he has a natural love for the ocean and most of his spare time is spent either on or in the water and
when possible, on the golf course. He has been working in the super yachting industry for almost 7 years, during which he has completed 6 Med Seasons, 5 very busy yard periods, a season in the UAE and a winter in the iced and snowy port of Tallinn in Estonia. This is Bryce's 2nd season in Endeavour II with a 4-season experience as a Bosun and he is extremely excited for what the future holds.

However, following a series of injuries, Herbie made a pivotal decision to transition into the yachting industry, which swiftly evolved into a newfound passion. This is Herbie's 2nd season on Endeavour II as Deckhand.

Hanri was born and raised in South Africa, where she grew up around nature, surrounded by the rich landscapes of safari life. From a young age, she
also discovered a passion for the beauty industry. Determined to follow this path, Hanri pursued her education at a beauty school on the opposite side of the country, where she was introduced to the vibrant energy of city life.
After completing her studies, she opened a salon in her hometown, while also working seasonally in the luxury safari sector. There, she helped manage a lodge and provided spa treatments for guests, further nurturing her love for hospitality. It was during this time that she realized her passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Hanri soon expanded her horizons by completing her STCW certification and heading to Europe to embark on a career in the yachting industry. She landed her first role as a sole stewardess, completing the 2024 Mediterranean season aboard a 26m Sunseeker. Eager
to grow within the industry, Hanri secured a position as the 3rd stewardess on Endeavour II, where she continues to expand her expertise and passion for luxury service.

Ana was born and raised in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. She studied and practiced law for many years until she felt she needed a change of career and went on to become a Chef on motor yachts. She has been Chef on yachts for the past 18 years. This is her 4th season on ENDEAVOUR II, where guests always leave feeling very satisfied after eating Ana’s healthy & delicious food.
Her favorite cuisine is Mediterranean, and she loves to travel around the world and try different foods from different cultures. Ana enjoys hiking, being with her family and listening to classical music in her spare time.

Growing up in Gdańsk’s port district, Slawomir was immersed in maritime culture from a young age. After graduating from Maritime University in 2004, he
built a diverse career working on tankers, dive support vessels, construction ships, and pipe
layers. In 2021, he transitioned to the yachting industry, bringing extensive engineering
experience. Now in his 4th season with Endeavour II, he continues to demonstrate his
expertise and dedication.
Despite his busy career, Slawomir prioritizes family life and lives in northern Poland with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and sailing. As part of the engineering team, he works closely with Konrad in a rotational role, ensuring the vessel runs smoothly and guests remain safe.

Weni has been a Chief Stewardess in the yachting industry for ten years, working on both private and charter yachts from 45m to 75m. Her experience has given
her a deep understanding of luxury hospitality. Before yachting, she spent eight years as a Professor of Hospitality Management in one of the universities in the Philippines and holds Master and PhD degree in Business Administration.
Recognized as an accredited trainer, Weni shares her expertise in bartending, silver service, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and front office management. Her strong leadership and mentoring skills ensure her team provides top-notch service. Now in her 4th season with Endeavour II, she handles every situation with professionalism and ensures guests feel comfortable and well cared for. In her free time, she enjoys playing musical instruments and relaxing through music.
