Trained in traditional French cuisine and skilled in a variety of international flavors including Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Asian fusion, she excels at creating menus that accommodate dietary restrictions and personal preferences.
Known for her adaptability and strong work ethic, Trisha is expert at sourcing the freshest ingredients no matter the location and managing back-to-back charters with ease. With a keen eye for detail and a talent for galley management, budget creation, and event coordination, Trisha’s greatest reward is delivering exceptional culinary experiences that exceed guest expectations. During his career in yachting, Andrew has been fortunate enough to complete numerous Atlantic Crossings, transiting the Indian Ocean, Tasman Sea, Coral Sea, Arabian Sea, Red Sea, Suez and Corinth Canals, logging over 300,000 nautical miles.
Andrew claims his ultimate career highlight so far has been the circumnavigation of both the North and South Islands of New Zealand. His experience spans both private and charter operations in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Persian Gulf, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. Not only is Andrew a seasoned navigator but is also a confident leader and manager. He enjoys the challenges of his role on board, including implementing MCA/LMC standards for health and safety.
Andrew is self-motivated and a very true and trustworthy person with a keen eye for detail, a great sense of humour and a commitment to the responsibilities inherent in a Captains role.

Duan joins ENTERPRISE from the shores of Nambia where he grew up being around boats and close to the ocean. Taking a fondness to fishing and watersports at a young age, Duan learned quickly what it takes to keep vessels in top shape using regular maintenance techniques and proper cleaning. In 2020, Duan took on a passion project and did a complete refit of a boat and realized he wanted to work on boats full time.
Since the start of his yachting career in 2022, Duan has completed 2 Atlantic crossing and worked a few seasons aboard a busy charter vessels. Duan enjoys the high standards that yachting requires and has a fine eye for detail, making sure every element is in its place and perfect for guests!

Andrew was born in Argentina and raised in the remote landscapes of Patagonia. His early love for sailing, trekking, and the outdoors eventually led him to the yachting industry. He began his career on a sailing yacht, progressing from deckhand to first mate before fully transitioning into engineering. Over the past decade, he’s worked on both motor and sailing yachts, gaining hands-on experience and a reputation for being dependable and technically skilled.
With a calm, thoughtful presence and a strong work ethic, Andrew brings valuable experience to the engine room. He’s passionate about restoration and is currently rebuilding a 1950s yacht and an off-grid cabin in the Andes. Andrew is proud to join ENTERPRISE, where he appreciates the thoughtful design and high standards of the engine room. When not at sea, he spends his time in Spain, enjoying life close to the water.

Christopher is a British engineer with nearly 17 years of experience in the Royal Navy, where he developed strong skills in electrical and mechanical engineering and logged over 1,400 sea days. After transitioning to yachting, he quickly became Chief Engineer on a 38m Feadship, completing a successful Atlantic crossing. Since then, he has built a solid reputation for his technical knowledge, leadership, and positive attitude.
Based in Cheshire, UK, Christopher is experienced in managing engineering operations, maintenance planning, and survey preparation. His background in both naval and luxury yacht environments gives him a well-rounded approach to safety and efficiency. He is excited to join ENTERPRISE as Second Engineer and contribute to maintaining the yacht’s high engineering standards.

Gerson brings five seasons of yachting experience, including four years with a prestigious English family aboard a classic Feadship. As Chief Steward on LADY BEATRICE, he led a team of four, managed guest services, interior operations, and took on additional roles such as Medical Officer and administrative support.
Known for his calm leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction, Gerson consistently delivers a high standard of service. His positive attitude and team-focused approach make him a valuable addition to ENTERPRISE.

Angus joins as Deckhand from the coastal waters of Australia, where his active lifestyle and love for the ocean naturally led him to the yachting industry. With a background in personal training and surf lifesaving, he brings strong discipline, endurance, and a team-focused attitude to the deck. Since starting his yachting career, Angus has worked on vessels from 43m to 64m, gaining hands-on experience in teak maintenance, polishing, tender operations, and general deck upkeep. He takes pride in maintaining high standards and brings a positive, can-do energy to every program.

Chloe was raised in Columbus, Ohio, and has a diverse background in hospitality, including holding the position of events and marketing director at the Whitney House restaurant. She joined yachting in 2022 and was able to use her organizational and interpersonal skills to quickly progress as a stewardess. Chloe loves being able to use her creativity and attention to detail to provide support to her team and provide top tier service to guests.
She prides herself in hear ability to coordinate themed events, flower agreements, and bartending skills. Chloe's warm personality and efficient work style make her a great fit and strong asset to the ENTERPRISE team!
