With a natural instinct for understated luxury, Minerva delivers exceptional interior standards, intuitive guest service, and elegantly executed dining. Her background in high-end international hospitality is reflected in her attention to detail, discretion, and ability to create a relaxed yet impeccably curated onboard atmosphere.

Her culinary style is rooted in Mediterranean and French traditions, elevated by a modern, minimalist approach that emphasizes exceptional flavor, elegant presentation, and meticulous attention to detail.

A graduate of the Basque Culinary Center, Sara is passionate about continuously expanding her culinary knowledge and creativity. Her cuisine reflects not only her Mediterranean heritage but also her love for Asian flavors and the vibrant influences she gained while living in Mexico. This unique blend of inspirations allows her to create memorable dining experiences tailored to a wide range of tastes and preferences.

Throughout her yachting career, Sara has successfully catered for demanding owners, charter guests, and crew alike, expertly accommodating dietary requirements including vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, and high-protein menus.
