Adrien Sicard is young yet he has a lot of experience with the sea. He holds a Captain 500 certificate and he worked for the national navy for 1 year before joining the private yachting industry. Adrien has worked for the same owner for 2 seasons on the previous and 3 busy charter seasons on Epic Ferretti 1000. Adrien is friendly, complement and smiling person. He is always available and helpful to enhance your journey onboard!

Passionate about cuisine and dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences, Michelle has honed her skills through rigorous trainings and diverse professional experiences. After completing two years at a French Culinary School in 2017, she worked for several years in restaurants along the Côte d’Azur, before joigning the yacht industry in 2021. Michelle has in her profile such roles as a sous chef and crew chef for 60m and 50m yachts assisting the head scheduling preparing the meals for the guess and crew as well as the sole chef on charter and private yachts of 28-35m.

With a specialization in French, Italian, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as French pastry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to the table. Michelle has a passion with people and her friendly attitude makes her a great addition to Epic team!

Carole brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Epic team, cultivated through years of dedicated work, travels and formal training in the esteemed hotellerie school for hospitality service. Carole's yachting journey has been marked by her unwavering commitment to service and meticulous attention to detail. Her tenure as a gouvernante in a prestigious 5-star Chateau exemplifies her proficiency in managing the intricacies of luxury accommodations, ensuring that every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Beyond the confines of land-based hospitality, Carole has also navigated the vast expanses of the ocean, with extensive experience in both transatlantic and transpacific cruising on sailing yachts with international crew mebers. Carole's diverse background and multifaceted skill set as well as her dynamic and positive personality make her an invaluable asset to Epic crew.

Enora is young but active and experienced professional which started her carrier in hospitality service in 2015 where she worked for different high-standing hotels of 4 and 5 stars in the South of France, Megeve and Saint Barthelemy. In 2021 she started to work as a stewardess on 50m Mangusta, then followed her yachting path on 30m yachts Mangusta and Falcon for the intensive charter season 2022. Enora had a work experience on Epic in 2022 -2023 and perfectly knows the yacht. This season she joined the team as the chief-stewardess. Enora’s great presentation, helpful attitude, solid work skills make her a great addition to Epic’s team! She is smiling, friendly and attentive person, comfortable and passionate about her job.

Captain Thierry is in love with sea. After being a sailboat and motor yachts conveyor during 6 years, he became a captain. Now, with his strong 20+ years working experience as a captain onboard different private and charter yachts, Thierry still passionate about his profession. He is a dynamic, reliable and friendly person who is happy to share his rich cruising experiences with the guests onboard: he perfectly knows French Riviera, Sardinia, Italian costs and Corsica, but is also used to navigate in Greece and Balearic Islands. Thierry has followed the construction and launch of the previous yacht of the same owner and had 3 successful charter seasons before upgrading to this new built Ferretti 1000 MY EPIC (where he also followed in details the construction and launch process).
Thierry, Adrian and Sophie have worked together on the previous Epic forming a perfect professional team together, they will be happy to share the pleasure of Ferretti style cruising with the guests onboard.
