With a career deeply rooted in the Adriatic, Karlo has progressed from managing smaller vessels as a Skipper to operating as a key member of the deck team on the 38m M/Y Erolia. His extensive experience in vessel management, including complex transfers between ports and conducting minor technical repairs, ensures he is prepared for the high-pressure demands of luxury yachting. Karlo is a highly skilled mariner who prioritizes safety and precision, particularly when it comes to tender driving and guest transfers. His responsibilities have consistently included maintaining yacht exteriors to the highest standards of presentation , handling daily tender maintenance , and managing marina paperwork and logistics efficiently. He is a communicative and responsible team player dedicated to delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest on board.

Chef Nikola, born in 1986 in Croatia, brings over two decades of culinary expertise to M/Y Erolia. His passion for cooking ignited during his formative years, leading him to graduate with top honors from culinary school. Nikola’s career commenced in 2003 at Restaurant Peškarija, and since then, he has honed his skills in esteemed establishments such as Šibenik’s Pelegrini, Dubrovnik’s Michelin-starred Restaurant 360, and Zagreb’s renowned Barbieri’s, where he collaborated with the esteemed chef Andrej Barbieri. In 2020, Nikola expanded his culinary horizons by interning at Belgium’s three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Zet’Joe by Geert Van Hecke, where he refined his appreciation for local ingredients and sophisticated presentation. His yachting experience includes serving as a private chef on M/Y Y4H, M/Y Novela, and M/Y Space Y.

A highly skilled and technically versatile maritime professional, Stipe Pažanin serves as the Chief Engineer aboard the 38-meter M/Y Erolia. Bringing over two decades of technical expertise to the team, Stipe’s career began in 2002 as an electrical technical designer and project manager, where he mastered complex system installations, technical documentation, and large-scale organizational management. In 2015, he transitioned into the yachting industry, serving nearly a decade as Chief Engineer on a 33-meter sailing yacht before joining Erolia in 2024. Known for his ability to make decisive technical calls and thrive under pressure, Stipe is a cornerstone of the Erolia crew, dedicated to ensuring the vessel's reliability and the safety of all guests and crew.

With a deep-rooted background in technical engineering and advanced diagnostics, Toni possesses an exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and computer systems, a skill set honed through years of experience as a specialist mechanic and IT support professional. On deck, he is known for his meticulous attention to detail, overseeing extensive wash-downs, expert line handling, and the careful maintenance of deck equipment and water toys to ensure the highest standards of vessel presentation. Born in Croatia and raised in London, Andy Marinovic grew up with the best of both worlds. Despite living in the UK, he spent most of his childhood summers back in Croatia—always near the sea and surrounded by boats, where his deep love for the ocean first took root. Andy holds a double degree in European Business Administration with French and began his career as a successful stockbroker in both France and the UK. However, in his late twenties, he followed his true passion and founded a thriving motor yacht charter company in Croatia. This venture brought him back to his roots and solidified his connection to the sea. Years later, he sold the company to a luxury hotel group based on the island of Hvar. A true polyglot and world traveler, Andy speaks English, French, Spanish, and Croatian fluently. His adaptability and international background allow him to connect effortlessly with people from all cultures and walks of life. Andy also spent several years aboard M/Y Novela, where his outstanding leadership and service earned consistently glowing feedback from guests.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and passionate approach to five-star service, Paula specializes in managing flawless interior operations, establishing seamless onboard systems, and curating an unforgettable, tailor-made atmosphere for both private and charter guests.
Paula’s impressive maritime career spans both private and busy charter yachts ranging from 25m to 45m. As Chief Stewardess aboard the 37m M/Y Dream Weaver, she expertly led the interior department, executing flawless fine dining service and implementing top-tier training routines for her crew. Proving her remarkable adaptability, Paula joined the 45m new-build M/Y Eva4Eva as Second Stew and was rapidly promoted to Chief Stewardess within just two weeks. In this role, she successfully built the interior department from the ground up, managing the complete procurement and inventory layout - from luxury tableware and linens to uniforms - while setting up immaculate housekeeping operations.
Her extensive background also features a highly successful, multi-season tenure as Chief Stewardess aboard the 30m charter yacht M/Y Gatsby, where she oversaw complete event planning, complex provisioning, and the meticulous winterization of the vessel. Demonstrating ultimate independence, Paula has also operated as a Solo Stewardess/Chef aboard the 25m M/Y Salt, seamlessly blending interior management with light gourmet meal preparation along the Adriatic.
