Launched in 2018, 29.5m Esmeralda of the Seas is an exceptional example of cutting edge technology, sophisticated materials and contemporary luxury working in harmony with her surroundings.
Designed with particular attention given to reducing her environmental impact; next-generation engines offer low fuel consumption whilst the specialist onboard water treatment system minimises the effects on marine life. Organic and ecological products used on board further protects the oceans that she cruises.

within the yachting industry, ideally onboard busy motor or sailing vessels.
He brings solid hands-on experience from a 42m private/charter yacht,
where he was involved in daily deck operations including anchoring, mooring,
tender driving, maintenance, and guest support, ensuring the yacht was
always kept in excellent condition.
His previous experience in yacht detailing, logistics, catering, and maritime
port operations has strengthened his discipline, technical understanding, and
ability to perform in demanding environments.
Passionate about watersports such as windsurfing, surfing, and standup
paddle surf also taught as an instructor, Sasha is energetic, reliable, and detailoriented.
A positive team player, he is eager to contribute to a professional
deck team and continue progressing under experienced officers.

passion for gastronomy. An experienced chef, she has more than 12 years of
culinary experience in Thai, French, Italian, Japanese, fusion, and gluten-free
cuisine.
Having worked as a solo chef onboard several yachts, she is skilled in creating
refined and varied menus tailored to guests’ preferences while performing
efficiently in demanding environments. Organized, adaptable, and detailoriented,
she is dedicated to delivering a memorable dining experience on
board. Passionate about travelling, music, and water sports, Rattikal brings
positive energy, strong teamwork, and a genuine sense of hospitality to every
yacht she joins.

in maintaining immaculate surroundings and a well-organized interior. She
approaches her role with care and attention, ensuring guests feel comfortable
and fully at ease throughout their stay. For Sara, success means anticipating
guests’ needs and creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere on board. She also
enjoys offering thoughtful touches to elevate the experience, and can provide

roles gives him a complete understanding of yacht operations and a strong
ability to manage his crew while delivering tailor-made charters.
Known for his attention to detail and deep knowledge of the Mediterranean,
he carefully selects itineraries between the French Riviera, Corsica, and
Italy. He shares exclusive anchorages ideal for relaxation, swimming, and
water activities.
His goal is to deliver a smooth, safe, and memorable experience, with
discreet and impeccable service at all times.

This experience immediately revealed her passion for gastronomy and high-end service.
With strong experience in housekeeping, laundry, and guest service, Kaylin adapts easily to demanding and fast-paced environments.
