Captain Vincent has been passionate about sailing since childhood, sailing particularly around St. Jean Cap Ferrat. His love for watersports led him to pursue a professional career at sea. With over 20 years of experience, he’s worked on sailing yachts from 50 to 100 feet before transitioning to motor yachts. He has captained vessels including the 33m M/Y Cappuccino, 36m M/Y Explorer, and 20m M/Y Cayenne.
Captain Vincent has sailed extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Atlantic, and Caribbean, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a calm, confident presence to every voyage. He is dedicated to ensuring both guest enjoyment and the highest standards of safety.

Liam’s passion for all things sea related came from growing up in a small boating village on the east coast of South Africa. He spent a lot of his time on boats and enjoyed fishing, skiing and wakeboarding. In 2021, he became a surf instructor and taught this for 3 years to people of all ages. Liam later transitioned to working on a private fishing yacht for 1 year. This year, he completed deckhand training at the Superyacht Training Academy and now looks forward to providing the guests with an exceptional time on board and out on the water.

Stojan is a dynamic and enthusiastic engineer with a strong passion for teamwork and a keen eye for detail. Since 2018, he has built a solid foundation working aboard various motor vessels, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the maritime industry. In 2023, he made a smooth transition into the yachting world and had since been a key member of the engineering team aboard M/Y Trident, a 65-metre yacht, prior to joining ETERNAL SPARK.
Behind the scenes, Stojan is dedicated to keeping everything running seamlessly. His hard work, reliability, and commitment to excellence ensure the vessel operates at its best.

Keaton brings nearly four years of valuable experience in the yachting industry, having worked on both the 50m M/Y Binta D'or and the 90m M/Y Lionheart. In addition to his time at sea, he has built a strong foundation through land-based roles in event management, hospitality, and administration. These experiences have equipped Keaton with a versatile and highly transferable skill set, including meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, and a talent for planning and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Keaton is hardworking, service-oriented, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He’s excited to bring his dedication and positive energy to the team on board M/Y ETERNAL SPARK, where he looks forward to creating unforgettable charter experiences for every guest.

Etienne brings warmth, charm, and a genuine passion for service to every guest experience. With over seven years of combined experience in the hospitality and yachting industries, he’s honed his skills in both private and charter settings—including as Lead Service aboard the 106m S/Y Black Pearl.
Etienne is known for going the extra mile to ensure guests feel completely at ease, often anticipating their needs before they even ask. Whether he’s crafting a delicious cocktail, setting a beautiful table, or delivering seamless service, Etienne’s attention to detail shines through.
He’s excited to welcome guests onboard ETERNAL SPARK and is dedicated to creating unforgettable moments that make their holiday truly special.

Berthilde joins ETERNAL SPARK as the First Officer. With a Yachtmaster Offshore (Sailing 200) certification and experience on both motor and sailing yachts since 2017, she has steadily climbed the ranks through dedication and hard work. Before joining the yacht, Berthilde held positions on the 50m M/Y Vica, 37m M/Y Masteka 2, and most recently the 24m S/Y Greyb. Now working alongside Captain Vincent, she is eager to welcome the guests and ensure every moment on board is safe, smooth, and unforgettable.

Before joining M/Y ETERNAL Spark, Lawrence spent five years as the sole private chef aboard the 40m private/charter yacht M/Y W Explorer. His diverse culinary background spans both land and sea, with experience ranging from luxury yachts to esteemed Michelin-starred restaurants. Lawrence is passionate about using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and takes great pride in crafting meals that are as visually stunning as they are flavorful. His dedication to quality and presentation ensures every dish is a memorable experience for guests.

Guy Yates brings a unique perspective to any crew, combining the vibrant spirit of his Irish and South-African roots with a meticulous, hard-working attitude.
Guy’s love for the sea began with his training at the Ocean Star Sailing Academy, where he achieved numerous qualifications, including STCW 10, RYA Yachtmaster (Theory), and PADI Dive Master. His foundational experiences quickly grew into a robust career, with Guy serving as a Deckhand on several sailing yachts, most recently aboard S/Y MATI and S/Y Ingwe. Throughout these roles, he demonstrated his ability to handle a wide range of duties, from anchoring and Mediterranean mooring to tender driving and night watches.
Guy’s time on S/Y MATI involved extensive sailing along the Italian coast to the Greek islands, where he played a vital role in anchoring, docking, and ensuring safe crossings, both day and night. He was also responsible for watch-keeping and assisting with watersports, making him comfortable with a wide range of tasks onboard. His experience delivering S/Y Ingwe from Cape Town to Langebaan further showcased his endurance and adaptability, often helming for extended periods due to crew illness and managing port communications, engine checks, and maintenance.
Guy Yates is not only prepared to meet the challenges of the open sea but is also eager to make a meaningful contribution to the client`s yachting adventures.

Rosen joins M/Y ETERNAL SPARK as the Engineer, rotating with Stoyan. Known for his enthusiasm, professionalism, and outgoing nature, he consistently pushes himself to achieve his best. Prior to this role, Rosen served as both Chief Engineer and Second Engineer aboard 65m M/Y Trident from 2020, gaining valuable experience. With a seafaring career that began in 2015, Rosen brings a deep well of knowledge and technical expertise.
