Also a surfer, all his passions revolve around the sea and nautical activities. Louis is a sailing instructor and has the necessary seaman's qualifications to sail on yachts.

After 5 years as a sailor and captain on yachts in Corsica and Sardinia, Louis has learned the expectations of both owners and charterers. He knows both islands perfectly.

Francesco is a creative and passionate chef with experience in luxury hospitality, restaurants, and private yachting. His culinary style blends Mediterranean traditions with international influences, including Italian, Spanish, French, Mexican, Indian, Japanese, Thai, and Chinese cuisine, creating memorable dining experiences inspired by flavors from around the world.

As the sole chef aboard a 38-meter private sailing yacht, he developed personalized menus and delivered exceptional meals for guests and crew in a dynamic environment. Through his experience in renowned Sardinian resorts and restaurants, he refined his expertise in seafood, premium meats, appetizers, grilling, baking, and special dietary menus.Known for his creativity, adaptability, and warm approach, he enjoys bringing people together through food, creating dishes that are both flavorful and memorable for every occasion.

Ethan is a friendly and versatile steward with a strong background in luxury hospitality and guest service. His experience across yachting and private households has given him a natural ability to connect with people and create a welcoming atmosphere on board. Known for his positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, he takes pride in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

Growing up around horses and spending much of his time outdoors has instilled in him a love for adventure, teamwork, and the natural world. Passionate about hiking, wildlife photography, fitness, and travel, he brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests on board S/Y Eugenia VII.

Morgan is a highly experienced and passionate sailing yacht captain, with over 20 years of professional experience aboard both private and charter yachts. His extensive career includes command of high-performance vessels such as Swan, Mylius, and Southern Ocean yachts.

Raised by the sea in Saint-Malo, Brittany, Morgan developed a deep connection to sailing from an early age. He has since many transatlantic crossings and passages across the Pacific and Indian Oceans, earning a solid reputation for calm leadership, sound decision-making, and technical proficiency.

His charter experience is complemented by a personable and guest-focused approach, ensuring every voyage is both safe and memorable. In recent years, Morgan has also led competitive sailing campaigns, including participation in prestigious regattas such as Les Voiles de St. Barth, Les Voiles de St. Tropez, and the Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge in Antigua.
