Born and raised on the water in Fort Lauderdale, Captain Robert Aubrey is a second generation captain. His Family goes back in the yachting industry since the late 70’s. His father showed him a love for the sea and a knowledge of boats up to 130’ that will last a lifetime. Traveling the globe at an early age accompanied with over 20 years experience traveling both coasts of the united states, Bahamas and over 120,000 nautical miles traveled at sea. Capt. Rob truly has a love for the ocean and showing his guests what each area has to offer.

Born and raised on the waters of Virginia Beach, Mate Kit Rossman has built a strong maritime foundation rooted in passion and hands-on experience. After seven years living in St. Thomas, Kit ran day boats throughout the Caribbean, logging over 6,600 hours underway. With six years of experience in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Kit recently transitioned into the private yachting sector to further her maritime career. She is committed to creating a safe, seamless, and engaging experience for every guest on board. Off duty, she enjoys diving, surfing, and exploring the ocean, bringing her love for the sea into every aspect of her work.

After relocating to the U.S. Virgin Islands for university, Brooklynn quickly discovered a passion for life on the water. What began as an academic journey soon evolved into a love for yachting, leading her into the dynamic role of deck/stewardess. She thrives in hands-on, quest-focused environments - whether maintaining a spotless interior, assisting on deck, or helping craft seamless, memorable experiences for quests. Known for her calm and friendly presence, she brings strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for the ocean lifestyle.
