Her diverse experience includes serving as Second Stewardess on the 35m M/Y HEED, where she orchestrated luxury hospitality and meticulous interior management. She has also proven her ability to operate with complete independence as a Solo Stewardess on vessels such as the 30m S/Y FREE WINGS, the 24m M/Y OMR Group, and the 22m M/Y Mudita. On the 50m M/Y SEAGULL MRD. Barbara’s longevity in the industry is a testament to her expert-level English, advanced inventory management, and deep knowledge of fine dining and premium bartending. Antonella is a Šibenik native with over a decade of experience across various vessel types, from 60m motor yachts to sailing catamarans. She brings a versatile skill set to the crew, handling high-end guest service and interior management with the same efficiency she applies to the galley. Known for her easygoing and communicative nature, she maintains a positive, professional environment on board. On the culinary side, Antonella is formally trained through the ŠKMER Academy’s "A La Chef" course. She is experienced in provisioning and preparing everything from fresh, family-style meals to formal guest dinners. Whether assisting with docking or ensuring the interior is guest-ready, Antonella is a dedicated team player who takes pride in providing a seamless experience for owners and guests alike

Ante is an experienced and versatile Deckhand/Steward with over 15 years in the maritime and hospitality industries. His extensive background spans cruise ships, private yachts, and luxury charter vessels throughout the Adriatic, where he has earned a strong reputation for reliability, professionalism, and outstanding guest service. He began his career in hospitality as a head waiter and restaurant supervisor, including several years with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, where he gained a deep understanding of international service standards and team coordination. Since 2012, Ante has served as 1st Officer on various motor yachts up to 52m, overseeing everything from navigation, docking, and engine maintenance to provisioning, guest excursions, and crew management. His hands-on experience includes key roles aboard vessels such as M/Y Memories and M/Y Bella, where he was actively involved in both deck and interior operations. Whether conducting safety drills, mentoring junior crew, or ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, Ante brings dedication, leadership, and a calm, multilingual presence to the team. Marko is a dedicated and energetic Deckhand who has been part of the yachting industry since 2017. Growing up by the sea, his passion for boats began early, influenced by his family’s small vessel and his hands-on experience with maintenance from a young age. Since joining the yachting world, Marko has built a strong foundation in exterior upkeep, line handling, and guest interaction. He takes great pride in keeping the deck in pristine condition and is always eager to assist with water sports and outdoor activities. His combination of experience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude makes him a valuable addition to the team.

Known for his ambitious spirit and calm, respectful demeanor, he ensures that every charter runs smoothly and safely, with the highest standards of service upheld at all times. Organised and focused, Josko leads by example, bringing confidence and a steady hand to every voyage. When not at the helm, he enjoys diving and spearfishing—further proof of his strong connection to the water.
