Captain Jesse is an experienced and versatile captain with a strong background across private and charter yachts up to 230ft. Having cruised extensively throughout the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and South Florida, he brings expert regional knowledge and a calm, professional approach to every charter.
With a hands-on foundation in engineering and yacht management, he ensures the vessel operates to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and presentation. Captain Jesus is dedicated to delivering smooth, enjoyable guest experiences—whether coordinating tailored itineraries, leading activities, or supporting his crew in providing attentive, personalized service.

Jesse Quinones
Captain
Matthew brings over seven years of yachting experience, having progressed through the deck department into a Chief Officer role. His background covers deck team management, planned maintenance, safety procedures, tender operations, watersports, refit and yard-period support, and guest-facing deck service.
He has been involved in large operational projects including rebuilding maintenance logs and checklists, restoring safety equipment standards, supporting survey preparation, sea trials and vessel sale readiness.
On board FAVOR, Matthew’s role is focused on maintaining strong exterior standards, supporting safe and efficient operations, and helping deliver a well-run guest experience.
Away from work, Matthew enjoys sport, fishing, training, the beach, music and spending time with friends.

Matthew Burgess
First Officer
Alvaro brings over 13 years of marine engineering experience across merchant ships, cruise ships and yachts, with a strong mechanical background in diesel engines, generators, electrical systems, hydraulics, welding and workshop machinery. Originally trained in marine engineering in Uruguay, he has built a hands-on career across engine room operations, shipyard work, dry dock projects and onboard technical support.
He is a qualified STCW III/1 EOOW Engineer, with additional training in tanker operations, ship security and passenger safety. His experience includes Caterpillar, John Deere and MTU engines, as well as marine equipment installation, servicing, maintenance planning and technical troubleshooting. On board FAVOR, Alvaro supports the engineering department with the practical knowledge and shipboard experience needed to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

Nicola brings a strong dual deck/stew background, with experience across both private and charter programs. Her yachting experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of exterior presentation, interior service, guest care, charter preparation and day-to-day vessel operations.
She is comfortable supporting both departments and brings useful crossover experience that helps the team stay organised, efficient and guest-focused.
Before yachting, Nicola built a varied land-based background in teaching, operations, administration, childcare, hospitality and wine service.
This gives her a practical mix of communication, organisation and service skills that fits well into a busy charter environment.
Outside of work, she enjoys keeping fit, travelling, photography, board games, beach days, golf and playing the ukulele.

Fernando is a passionate and highly experienced yacht chef with over 15 years in professional kitchens and a strong background in private yacht charter. Calm, reliable, and creative, he brings a well-rounded culinary style shaped by classic technique, multicultural inspiration, and a genuine love for hospitality.
His yachting experience includes busy charter programmes throughout the Bahamas, Jamaica, the US, and St. Vincent, catering for a wide range of guest preferences, crew sizes, and dietary requirements. Fernando is comfortable preparing everything from elegant multi-course dinners and fresh seafood lunches to relaxed beach BBQs, outdoor cooking, breakfasts, and crew meals.
Known for being organised, positive, and attentive, Fernando takes pride in creating food that is both memorable and suited to the rhythm of life on board. Whether designing a refined guest menu or adapting quickly to last-minute requests, he brings flexibility, warmth, and professionalism to the galley.
With experience across American, Latin, Asian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and health-conscious cuisine, Fernando enjoys blending familiar favourites with fresh ideas. His goal is simple: to make every meal feel personal, generous, and unforgettable.

Angie is an experienced and service-driven Chief Stewardess with a strong background across both private and charter yachts. With over a decade in the industry, she has worked on vessels up to 100m, cruising extensively throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and U.S. waters.
Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Angie excels at creating a welcoming and polished onboard atmosphere. She is highly skilled in all aspects of interior management, from silver service and housekeeping to provisioning and guest relations. A confident leader, she runs an efficient, organized interior team while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.
Angie also brings a creative touch to the guest experience, with a passion for table settings, cocktails, and light culinary preparation, ensuring every charter feels personalized and seamless.
