Renowned for his versatility, Fergus has managed both private and charter yachts, as well as racing programs and complex refits. His strong technical knowledge, combined with hands-on operational expertise, allows him to deliver safe, efficient yacht management across a wide range of vessels.

Michelle Waugh is an experienced Chief Stewardess with a strong background in luxury hospitality and superyacht interior management. Known for her proactive approach and intuitive service style, she excels in fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional interior standards and strong team leadership. She has been the Chief Stewardess on board for the last four years and has been managing the full interior department, including team training, guest service, and Voly accounts.
Her experience on board both private and charter yachts includes demanding guest programs, shipyard periods, and transatlantic crossings; strengthening her adaptability and leadership skills.
Prior to yachting, Michelle worked as a Senior Spa Therapist in the UK, building a strong foundation in luxury service and client care. With certifications including STCW, ENG1, PDSD, and Food & Hygiene II, she is committed to ongoing professional development and plans to complete a Purser course to further enhance her administrative and financial management expertise.
