Originally from the Netherlands, Captain Matt grew up immersed in sailing, developing a lifelong passion for the sea from an early age. At 23, his path led him to Australia, where he built a successful career in financial accounting. Yet the ocean’s call proved irresistible, and by 28 he returned to his true vocation—life at sea.
With extensive cruising experience across the Mediterranean and Caribbean, Captain Matt combines deep nautical expertise with a calm, confident leadership style. He is highly safety-focused and guest-oriented, dedicated to delivering seamless charters that balance smooth sailing with exceptional onboard experiences.
He takes pride in leading a skilled and dedicated crew, ensuring each voyage aboard FELICITÀ exceeds expectations. His goal is simple: to create unforgettable journeys and lasting memories for every guest who steps aboard. In his free time he enjoys travelling, fast cars, cycling and hiking.

Hailing from the small coastal village of Newport in West Wales, Will developed a passion for mechanics at an early age. A professional motocross racer in his youth, he quickly became fascinated by the engineering side of motorsport—an interest that soon shaped his career path.
At 18, Will embarked on a career at sea as a marine engineer, beginning on commercial vessels where he built a solid technical foundation. Driven to combine his engineering expertise with his love of the ocean, he transitioned into the yachting industry to pursue his long-held goal of becoming a Chief Engineer. As Chief Engineer aboard FELICITÀ, Will is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all technical systems on board. His hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and dedication ensure smooth running of the yacht at all times, supporting both crew and guest comfort.
In his free time he enjoys Motorsports, rugby , UFC and Shooting.
William Lewis

Chef David began his culinary career in Brighton, England, in 1995. By the age of 28, he had risen to Head Chef at one of the city’s premier restaurants, successfully running two establishments for six years. In 2009, his talent was recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand award at The Ginger Fox, a charming thatched countryside restaurant nestled in the Sussex Downs.
In 2010, David brought his skills to the yachting world, combining his love of fine cuisine with a passion for travel. Since then, he has delighted guests across the globe with creative menus that highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients and international flavors.
As Head Chef aboard FELICITÀ, David is dedicated to crafting dining experiences that are as memorable as they are delicious—aiming to make your taste buds dance throughout your time on board.
His passions includes gardening, mixology and travelling.

Born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa, Odette grew up far from the ocean with little early exposure to the maritime world. Initially pursuing Business Management, she never imagined a career at sea—until a chance opportunity sparked her curiosity and set her on a new course.
Determined to follow this path, Odette returned to university to study Maritime Studies, intending to complete just one contract at sea. What began as a short-term adventure soon became a lifelong passion. Eleven years later, she continues to thrive in her maritime career, bringing experience, professionalism, and dedication to every voyage.
As Chief Officer aboard FELICITÀ, Odette plays a key role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and smooth operation of the vessel. She supports the Captain in all navigational and operational duties while also fostering a positive, motivated crew environment.
When not at sea, Odette enjoys time at home with her beloved Jack Russell, Nikki, recharging on land before setting out on her next charter season.

Hailing from the sun-soaked shores of Sydney, Australia, Bella grew up surrounded by white sandy beaches. Her love for the ocean began at a young age, spending weekends sailing through Sydney Harbour with her family.
In 2018, she ventured across the globe to England, where she embraced the opportunity to travel extensively through Europe—an experience that deepened her passion for adventure, culture, and connection.
With a background in hospitality and a degree in Business and Event Management, Bella brings a strong foundation of service excellence and a meticulous eye for detail to her role. She is dedicated to creating seamless, memorable experiences for every guest on board.
As Chief Stewardess aboard FELICITÀ, Bella combines professionalism with warmth, ensuring that life on board is not only comfortable but truly unforgettable. Outside of yachting, she enjoys swimming, traveling, dancing, skiing, music, food, and snorkeling.

Originally from Kent in South East England, Ciara has always had a passion for science, which led her to complete a degree in Biomedical Science. Her introduction to the yachting industry came when she was offered the opportunity to host at the prestigious Cannes Yacht Show—an experience that sparked a new ambition and set her on course for a career at sea.
With a strong hospitality background and a meticulous eye for detail, Ciara quickly discovered that life as a stewardess was the perfect fit. She officially joined her first yacht in 2022 and has been thriving in the industry ever since.
As part of the interior team aboard FELICITÀ, Ciara is dedicated to ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, welcoming, and memorable onboard experience. Her creativity shines through in her service style, particularly in crafting unique cocktail and mocktail recipes.
Outside of yachting, Ciara enjoys horse riding, reading, hiking, baking, and netball. One of her proudest achievements to date is mastering the art of flite boarding, and she is currently working toward her open-water diving certification to further expand her skills both on and off the water.

Lily hailing from UK. She went on to earn a degree in Psychology before pursuing her love of travel. Shortly after graduating, she spent a ski season in Méribel, working in luxury chalets and discovering how much she enjoyed creating memorable holiday experiences for others.
Eager to combine her passion for hospitality with her love of the sun and sea, Lily realized that a career in yachting was the perfect fit. Since then, she has embraced the lifestyle with enthusiasm, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a guest-focused approach to her role as stewardess.
In her free time, Lily enjoys spending time in the kitchen, where she loves creating delicious treats for her family and friends.

Taylor hails from the small village of Llangwm in Wales. From a young age, she dreamed of traveling the world and discovering as many new places as possible.
She graduated in 2021 with a degree in Marketing Management and soon embarked on an adventure, living in a camper van while traveling through Central America and Indonesia. During this time, she worked with brands and hotels creating content, combining her creativity with her love of exploration.
Taylor is now building a career she loves, waking up in new destinations and connecting with people from all over the world. As part of the interior team aboard FELICITÀ, she is dedicated to ensuring every guest experience is seamless, welcoming, and truly memorable.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys exploring new destinations, surfing, CrossFit, drone photography, and baking.

Rudolf singing as he works—bringing both energy and enthusiasm to life on board. Whether he’s navigating the waters or discovering hidden gems ashore, Rudolf thrives on new experiences and takes pride in making every journey unforgettable for guests and crew alike.

Brayden grew up in Niagara, Canada. He has a degree in Medical Radiation Technology and worked in a hospital for some years before deciding to join yachting.
After doing some travelling around the world Brayden decided he wanted to spend more time in new destinations and yachting was a good career change.
Now he loves to make sure guests can experience the same joys he experiences around the world. Brayden enjoys spending his free time adventuring and being active whether on land or on the water.
