Passionate about gastronomy and continuously refining his craft, he is recognized for his hardworking nature, strong organization skills, and positive team-oriented approach. Over the years, he has held Executive Chef positions in a variety of high-demand environments, developing a versatile and guest-focused cooking style. His yachting experience has further enhanced his ability to tailor menus to individual guest preferences while consistently delivering fresh, flavorful, and elegantly presented cuisine onboard.

Calm under pressure and highly professional, Chef Aleksandar enjoys creating memorable dining experiences tailored to each guest, always focusing on quality, creativity, and excellent service.

Antonela holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Split, specialising in fitness and recreation. With several years of experience in both yachting and the catering industry, she brings a strong service mindset and excellent organisational skills on board.

She has worked as a solo stewardess on multiple yachts, managing all aspects of hospitality including service, housekeeping, laundry, and guest care, as well as assisting with meal preparation and deck operations when needed. Her background also includes working with children and young adults through sports and charity organisations.

Antonela is a positive, energetic, and team-oriented individual, with a proactive attitude and a natural ability to create a welcoming atmosphere on board.

Sebastian is a hardworking and motivated deckhand with a strong passion for the maritime industry and an active background in sports. Currently onboard M/Y FIRST HORIZON, he brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a reliable, team-oriented approach to daily yacht operations. He gained valuable experience working as Skipper, Deckhand and Tender Driver cruising Italy, Greece, and Croatia since 2020.

With years of competitive sports behind him, including representing the Croatian National Beach Handball Team and winning the World Championship in 2024, Sebastian is disciplined, physically fit, and performs well under pressure. His background in healthcare education additionally contributes to his calm and safety-focused mindset onboard.

Captain Drazen is a highly experienced Master 500GT with over a decade of command experience on luxury motor yachts up to 50 metres. Since 2011, he has successfully led both private and charter operations across the Mediterranean, including Croatia, Italy, Greece, Montenegro, and Malta, delivering safe, seamless, and guest-focused cruising experiences.

With a strong background in vessel management, Drazen is known for his calm leadership and professional approach, he builds motivated, efficient crews while ensuring the highest standards of safety, performance, and onboard service.

A true sea enthusiast, Drazen has a keen interest in scuba diving, sailing, fishing, and spearfishing. His passion for the sean and travel naturally translates into creating memorable and authentic experiences for guests on board.
