Vicente has a background in professional diving, a career he pursued for four years. Later, he decided to broaden his expertise by studying marine mechanics. Since February 2021, he has been actively working in the yachting industry. In 2022, he relocated to Australia to further advance his career.
Currently, he serves as the Chief Marine Mechanic on board FONERS, where he is responsible for the onboard systems and machinery.

In addition to his primary responsibilities, Gonzalo actively participates in launching and retrieving tenders, jet skis, sea bobs, and other water toys, enhancing the guests’ enjoyment on board.

She began her career in the yachting industry as a Chef in 2017, building on her prior experience working on smaller sailboats.
With over eight years of experience on both private and charter yachts, Cristina specializes in Italian, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisines, with a particular love for Almadraba Red Tuna. She also possesses extensive knowledge of Moroccan, Thai, Japanese, and Mexican cuisines.
Cristina is a highly skilled culinary professional capable of adapting effortlessly to a wide range of dietary preferences. She stays up-to-date with the latest food trends and pays close attention to important details such as energy levels, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
