Ilona is our polished and accomplished Chief Stewardess with a strong background in luxury hospitality and interior leadership. Her yachting experience includes chief stewardess on both private and charter yachts. Prior to this she also held management and administrator roles at the luxurious Rixos Hotel. Warm, organised, and calm under pressure, Ilona is especially strong in anticipating guest needs and creating a polished, welcoming atmosphere on board. She combines practical interior knowledge with leadership skills, strategic planning, and a naturally discreet, personable manner. Her certifications include STCW, ENG1, designated security duties, and a ship administrator certificate. Her hotel management background and experience training and leading teams give her a composed senior presence that benefits both guests and crew.

His roots in merchant shipping give him a strong foundation in high-capacity marine systems, while his experience in the yachting sector has sharpened his ability to balance performance with discretion in luxury environments. From engine diagnostics to electrical repairs, watermakers to high-voltage operations, he handles every technical challenge with calm efficiency. Beyond his strong technical skills, Héctor is a real team player who brings quiet confidence to daily operations. Everyone on board values his can-do attitude and adaptability, especially during busy charters and turnaround periods. When off-duty, he’s either exploring the coast, working on carpentry projects, or testing new recipes in the galley.

Mehmet brings calm confidence and creativity to the galley, with more than 15 years of experience across private and busy charter yachts. He began his yachting career in 2008 and has built a strong reputation for flavour-driven cuisine inspired by fresh local ingredients and Mediterranean influences. His talent was recently recognised at the 2026 MYBA Charter Show Awards, where he won 2nd Prize in the 35m and Under category. Known for his collaborative nature
and organised approach, Mehmet enjoys tailoring menus to guests’ needs and, whether preparing a romantic dinner for two or provisioning for a long crossing, he
brings warmth and dedication to every plate. A family man, he spends any spare time ashore with his loved ones.

Captain Cengizhan began his career working alongside his father on the family charter yacht, building strong seamanship from an early age before progressing into captain roles on both private and commercial yachts. Once he obtained his Degree in compute programming he returned and has since spent cruising the Mediterranean, Turkish waters, and the Greek islands. Over the years, he has developed his calm, practical style and a solid reputation for being approachable,
easy-going, and highly dependable. What sets Captain Cengizhan apart is his hands-on technical ability as well as his navigational background. He regularly undertakes maintenance and refit work, giving him strong mechanical understanding in addition to his bridge responsibilities.
