Having graduated from the Hellenic Navy Academy, Ioannis began his career in the Hellenic Navy and later transitioned into the luxury yachting sector, where he has since commanded and served on prestigious vessels such as M/Y SPERANZA, M/Y SAFARI, M/Y LAURA, and M/Y GAME. His experience spans both private and charter yachts across the Mediterranean, including Greece, Italy, Monaco, and Sardinia.

With exceptional organizational and leadership skills, she has successfully served both as Head Chef and as a Manager, consistently proving her professionalism, creativity, and reliability.
Her skills have earned her multiple awards, including recognition from the Hotel Bretagne in Athens for Best Fish Soup, from Alpha Cuisine for Best Soup, and from Athinorama Magazine for Best Pasta at Al Mare. Her career highlights include working as personal chef for Sheikh Ahmad Al Thani and Sheikh Ali Al Thani (including service onboard M/Y S-cape and M/Y Qat-Cat), as well as for Mr. Economou. She has also held Head Chef roles onboard M/Y Galini and S/Y Victoria-A, and was Executive Chef at the Marriott Hotel in Doha, Qatar, alongside positions in several prestigious restaurants in Athens and Santorini. For seven years, she co-owned and managed the acclaimed Athenian restaurant Trata, where she was also Head Chef.

Her career includes a variety of interior roles, including serving as Chief Stewardess on a 75m yacht, where she demonstrated strong leadership and a meticulous eye for detail. In addition to being STCW certified and holding a powerboat license, Katerina also brings unique skills in therapeutic massage and pet grooming, offering thoughtful touches that further enhance the guest experience.
