With a background in luxury yacht service and a heart for adventure, she’s found her home working on the ocean—where no two days are ever the same (and neither are the table settings!).

Whether she’s setting up a themed dinner or making sure everything from flower arrangements to flatware is just right, she approaches every task with creativity and care. Known for her positive energy and team spirit, she helps keep the atmosphere on board fun, professional, and always guest focused.

When she’s off duty, you’ll likely find her with a book in hand, swimming in the sea, or wandering through new towns in search of good coffee and local charm.

Originally from beautiful South Africa, Catia has always been drawn to the ocean and the sense of adventure that comes with exploring new places. She’s a bubbly and outgoing person who thrives in social environments and absolutely loves meeting new people from all walks of life.
Traveling is one of her greatest joys, and with her previous customer service experience working on the water has given her the incredible opportunity to combine her love for the ocean with her passion for hospitality.

In addition to her guest-focused role, Catia also offers professional nail tech services, helping guests feel pampered and polished while on board. When she’s not charming guests, you’ll find her swimming like a fish or twisting into yoga poses that somehow keep her balanced (most of the time). She believes in making every moment count and helping guests create unforgettable memories on board.

Dario is an exceptionally talented Head Chef that has spent the last 13 years working on some of the most iconic and prestigious super yachts in the world. Always drawn to culinary pursuits, early out of school he secured his first chef role in a fine dining hotel. Dario's broad travels and worldly experiences have cultivated a unique and diverse culinary identity. Dario is passionate about staying ahead of the latest trends and by immersing himself in gastronomic literature whenever possible he ensures that he can creates dishes to suit all new tastes and preferences. Whilst his repertoire in the galley wins him constant praise and accolades; he remains grounded. We admire and see him live his life motto

Tom, from Australia has a big personality and an even bigger love for the ocean and the yachting industry. Tom’s passions are surfing, water sports and motorbikes. Working as a deckhand/engineer on yachts, Tom is known for being the guy who keeps the crew and guests laughing, while still pulling more than his weight on deck. Hardworking and full of good energy, Tom thrives in the fast paced, ever-changing environment and challenges that are thrown his way.

He loves connecting with people, sharing stories, and having a laugh, which is something he’s seriously passionate about. Whether he’s scrubbing decks, cleaning the boat, driving the tender or cracking jokes, Tom brings a genuine love and enthusiasm that makes life onboard better for everyone around him. Tom is always happy to go above and beyond and make every trip one worth remembering!

Starting his career on commercial tankers, he gained a deep well of experience, facing tough conditions with determination and grit. Now, as a chief engineer on yachts, he brings that same dedication—along with a warm heart and a quick sense of humour. His English may not be perfect, but his smile, laughter, and honest effort speak louder than words ever could. He lovingly calls salmon "red fish" and has a sweet tradition of starting his mornings with chocolate and sweets—a small joy that reflects his ability to find light in the everyday.
