I grew up living by the sea in the South of England. After attending catering college, i landed my first job onboard boats. This enabled me to combine my two biggest passions, cooking and travelling. Travelling worldwide means i have been fortunate enough to learn many different cuisines. I specifically love working with seafood and healthy Mediterranean food. Having spent a lot of time in Asia, I have a love for their food and all things spicy . What ever your food request may be, I will always try my best to accommodate and cater for every ones taste.
