Before coming to yachting she spent seven seasons as a hostess and event receptionist in Munich, managing guest lists for events of 500 or more people — so large, high-expectation groups hold no surprises for her. She has a background in market research and data analysis too, which gives her an organised, detail-oriented approach that translates well to life on board.
Her style with guests is warm and energetic. She takes pride in the small things — a well-set table, a decorated cabin, a drink that arrives without being asked for — and she’s equally comfortable helping wherever the team needs her.
