Captain – Luciano Novo / Portuguese
He was born in a fishermen’s home, working at sea since the age of 16, sparking a lifelong passion for seafaring. With more than 30 years of experience as worldwide Captain, he counts nearly 25 years on yachts around all Mediterranean & Caribbean Seas with a very good knowledge of anchorage spots around all the West & East Med & Caribbean.
Capt. Luciano worked onboard M/Y Fusion since the built in 2012.

After his nautical degree in Cadiz, Javier started on yachts in 2023 onboard M/Y Steel 55m where is was promoted C/O with his ticket C/O 3000 GT & C 500 GT. Last vessel was the iconic M/Y Christina O 99 m as 3rd Officer in the Caribbean. Commercial diver.

Marius started in our industry in 2021 onboard Christina O as 3rd engineer before being promoted as 2nd Engineer. Last season he was onboard Maltese Falcon.

Raised on the Spanish Island of Mallorca, Pedro has been deeply linked to the sea and the marine industry from his very young age. He holds an OOW 3000 GT 1& AEC 1. Last season was onboard Lady Esther 60m.

Maria has worked in Hospitality for many years.
She is a Yoga instructor also

Ehilù joined the Yachting Industry in 2020 after working as a Chef ashore for nearly 15 years. His cooking includes French & Italian, Mediterranean cuisine with a passion for sushi. Onboard M/Y Fusion since April 2022.
