With a strong background in watersports and a hands-on approach, he’ll be setting up and supervising all kinds of water-based activities – from snorkelling and jet skiing to paddleboarding and towed inflatables.

Pascal is a dedicated and enthusiastic stewardess with a strong foundation in luxury hospitality, event hosting, and private service. With experience in both charter and private operations on vessels ranging from 24m to 60m, she is confident managing interior duties independently or as part of a team. Her background in floristry, barista services, and event styling brings a creative and polished touch to onboard presentation.
Her proactive attitude, discretion, and attention to detail consistently contribute to seamless guest experiences. She thrives in dynamic environments, brings a calm and professional demeanor, and is passionate about delivering service at the highest standard. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, creative writing, photography, and exploring new cuisines and cultures—activities that reflect her curiosity, discipline, and aesthetic sensibility.
Pascal Pienaar

Fresh and healthy food... here she comes. Having grown up on the French Riviera, she has always been surrounded by great chefs and amazing products. Passionate about gastronomy, she uses her creative skills to achieve modern, sophisticated, and healthy menus. She favors market cuisine with local products, which she tries to sublime with nice textures and lots of subtle flavors.
Her roots are Mediterranean—she favors French cooking but also loves Italian, Lebanese, Thai, Nikkei, and Japanese cuisine. Her travels have given a fusion kick to her cooking. She enjoys sharing her passion for cooking and teaching her clients. She is fit, with a good knowledge of dietetics.
As a former professional athlete (snowboard), she has strong competitive skills, making her very target-oriented in her work. She is also an excellent communicator who quickly understands the needs of others. Efficiency and flexibility help her multitask and work well under pressure.
She has been working for over 15 years as a chef onboard superyachts and, in the winters, in chalets in Verbier, Courchevel, Méribel, and Megève, as well as in villas in Cannes, where she comes from. She is also a ski instructor in the winter and a Pilates instructor.

Dorian has been working in the yachting industry for over 14 years. Originally from Germany, he has been living in France for many years and possesses extensive knowledge of the South of France and Italy. He has sailed extensively throughout Europe, including voyages as far as Norway.
With four years of experience as a captain and several years serving as a first mate on larger vessels, Dorian has developed a high level of service and meticulous attention to detail. He is dedicated to providing his guests with the best charter experience possible, always attentive to their wishes and resourceful with a naturally positive attitude.
Dorian values team spirit and seeks to foster a dynamic crew environment. His passion for sailing dates back to his childhood, and he also enjoys spending his free time in the mountains and indulging in mountain biking.
