With many years of experience commanding motor yachts ranging from 52 to 92 feet, he has also specialized in yacht deliveries, shipyard supervision, crew recruitment and training, ensuring that every vessel under his command is maintained to the highest standards.

Before entering the yachting industry, Jean-Christophe spent over a decade in senior management within the hospitality sector, developing exceptional guest service skills and a strong attention to detail. His unique background enables him to combine operational excellence with a genuine understanding of luxury service and client expectations.

A former commander in the French Paratrooper Special Forces, he brings outstanding leadership, discipline and calm decision-making to every situation. His expertise in team management, crisis management and coaching has also led him to lecture in Management and Human Resources at the Université Côte d'Azur.

Thierry is a dedicated and versatile crew member with over 15 years of boating experience along the French Riviera. Passionate about the sea, he combines strong technical skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, making him a valuable asset on board.

His experience includes yacht maintenance, navigation assistance, tender driving, watersports preparation and guest service. Having worked on both private and charter yachts, Thierry is known for his reliability, attention to detail and calm, positive attitude, ensuring that every aspect of life on board runs smoothly.

With a background in hospitality as the owner of a successful guesthouse, Thierry naturally enjoys looking after guests and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. In addition to his deck responsibilities, he is also able to prepare simple, fresh and delicious Mediterranean meals, allowing guests to enjoy relaxed lunches and dinners on board throughout their cruise.

Fluent in both French and English, Thierry has an excellent knowledge of the Côte d'Azur, from Saint-Tropez to Monaco, including the region's finest anchorages, restaurants and hidden gems.
