His pivotal role in the complex refit of GENESIA marked a significant milestone in his career. Gregoire seamlessly managed the technical intricacies of the project while overseeing the change of flag to recruiting a complete crew. Now in his seventh year at the helm of GENESIA, Gregoire has been instrumental in establishing the vessel as a thriving charter yacht, built on an outstanding record of client satisfaction since her post-refit launch. Originally from France, Antoine has over 10 years of experience in the yachting industry. He began his career as a deckhand, and his passion for the sea quickly led him to the role of Chief Officer. Antoine specializes in safety procedures, ISM implementation, bridge operations, and navigation, with extensive experience across the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas. Renowned for his reliability, adaptability, and hands-on leadership, he brings a strong operational focus and a commitment to excellence on board. Fluent in French and English, Antoine holds a 500GT certification and is dedicated to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for both crew and guests aboard GENESIA.

With several seasons of experience in the yachting industry, Mathis has developed a solid background working aboard both private and charter yachts, contributing to the successful operation and upkeep of vessels ranging from 27 to 42 metres. Known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented approach, he takes pride in maintaining high standards onboard and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the yacht. A lifelong enthusiast of the maritime environment, he is passionate about life at sea and enjoys the variety and challenges that the yachting industry offers. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, exploring new destinations, and spending time on his motorcycle. Loraine hails from South Africa and has already completed two seasons in the Mediterranean. Since entering the yachting industry, she has gained solid experience in interior operations, including housekeeping, laundry and guest service. She also assists with deck operations, when required, and holds an RYA Powerboat Level II certificate, further enhancing the guest experience on board. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and staying active through various water‑based activities. With strong attention to detail and a Food & Hygiene Level 2 certification, Loraine will make sure to deliver high standards of service and guest satisfaction on board GENESIA.
