Warwick was born in Australia. His career began while working in the wine region of the Mornington Peninsula, working at Delgany Country House, a Relais & Chateaux hotel in cool climate vineyards. After four and a half years, he advanced to head chef at Lindenderry at Red Hill, overseeing fine dining for 70 guests and event space for 200. After five years at Lindenderry, he transitioned to Head Chef at Longitude 131, a prestigious six-star tented retreat offering private views of Ayers Rock. He later accepted the role of head chef on a 30m motor yacht catamaran operating on the Great Barrier Reef, that is where he got a taste of the yachting industry. He possess comprehensive knowledge of American, Australian, French, Italian, Spanish, Thai, Japanese, and South Pacific cuisines. When he is not working he enjoys travelling, scuba diving and a relaxing day off.

Janine was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to a British father and Dutch mother, but she grew up in Palma de Mallorca. From and early age, she was drawn to the sea as her father owned a Sunseeker Carmargue called Whim Wham and a few jetskis, so she spent much of her childhood on or around the water. She has spent many summers participating in wakeboarding school and scuba diving. Growing up on an island naturally shaped Janine’s hobbies and interests and ultimately let her to join the yachting industry. With years of experience working in and out of yachting, she has also spent time working for a watersports company in Mallorca. She is continuing to progress in the yachting industry as much as she can before settling back on the island. When Janine is not working, she is either in the water or in the mountains and likes to immerse herself in new cultures.

Francesco was born and raised in Procida, the smallest of the islands in the gulf of Naples. After he graduated at the Regal Naval Institute in Procida and started his marine career as Cadet Officer in 2009. He mainly worked on cargo/ro-ro container ships progressing to chief officer rank on cruise ships within 10 years. He decided to join the yachting industry in 2020. He joined GHOST III at the beginning of this year. When Francesco is not working, he enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Anna was raised in Dubai and brings a rich multicultural background, being half French and half Scottish. Before beginning her career in yachting in 2024, she spent several years traveling the world and gaining diverse experience in a variety of roles, including horseback riding guide, videographer, event coordinator, real estate agent, and scuba diving instructor. Passionate about continuous learning, Anna has completed courses such as the RYA Powerboat Level 2 and cocktail making. Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding, staying active, and practicing Muay Thai.

Growing up in a small mining town in South Africa, Celeste has always had the dream to travel and see the world. After completing her degree in bachelor of commerce in tourism management, she set off to the Caribbean to work as a concierge at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in the Cayman Islands. This is where she developed her love for hospitality but also discovered the yachting industry. Four years later, she stepped onto her first yacht in 2017. Throughout her yachting career, Celeste has completed many courses to advance her service skills, including a wine and spirits course (WSET Level 2), advanced table decorating, and a purser course. Thus, encouraging her to go the extra mile for guests to achieve exceptional charter service. When Celeste is not working, she enjoys painting, drawing, and all forms of art mediums, playing piano, water sports, wine tasting and travelling to new destinations.

Sherize or Shaz as she is known by the crew, was born and raised on a small farm in Potchefstroom in South Africa. Since the age of five, Sherize has raced motocross bikes and still leads a healthy and active lifestyle. Leaving the racing and farm life behind she decided to join the yachting industry but took a break in 2019 to further her studies in international tourism and geography. She rejoined yachting in 2022.
When Sherize is not working she likes to keep fit, meet new people, play sports and support the motocross community.

Karlo grew up on a small island in Croatia, therefore he is very connected to the sea life. He started sailing from the age of five in small dinghies and his passion for sailing is still something that connects him with the sea very closely. Karlo started his marine career at the age of 22 after graduating from Maritime University as a marine engineer. He was working on cargo and offshore ships where he gained his chief engineer unlimited license. He transferred to yachts working as chief engineer both on sailing and motor superyachts in 2018. Maintaining, managing and supervising yachts are part of his daily job. His experience in maintenance, supervising and technical management are key to keep your cruising experience on the safest level ensuring you have a pleasant stay on board.

GHOST III is Franco’s first charter yacht
Franco was born and raised in Split in Croatia. Being so close to the sea he decided to study Nautical Studies and started working on speedboats from a young age. He then transitioned into commercial ships and worked his way up to Deck Officer. As he has a strong foundation in seafaring he has completed his OOW unlimited, Chief Officer 3000 and Yacht Master 500 qualifications. Ghost III is his first yacht in the yachting industry. When Franco is not working he enjoys reading, swimming, and exploring new destinations.

Vinko grew up on the small island of Lošinj, Croatia, where a life close to the sea naturally led him to study marine engineering. After completing his studies, he spent over a year working on passenger ships before discovering the world of yachting by chance in 2011—a career path that quickly captured his passion. He began as a solo engineer and has since progressed to the role of chief engineer over the past several years.
In his free time, Vinko remains deeply connected to the sea, whether maintaining his small boat, exploring the waters around his island home, or spending quality time with his family.

Daniel was born and raised in Brasov in Romania. He has always had a love for the sea life and even owns his own boat that he lived on for 5 years along the River Thames. Growing up Daniel worked in his family's business, volunteered with mountain rescue teams, worked as a website designer, managed social media projects, and worked as a ski instructor in the winter seasons. These experiences have helped Daniel in his transition to the yachting world. When Daniel is not working, he spends his free time back in the ocean with any watersport activity available.
