currently serving aboard M/Y Gitanes. With over 30 years of seafaring
experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong maritime
background to every role he undertakes.
He has extensive expertise in navigation systems, line handling and
manoeuvring, as well as in new builds, refits, and shipyard maintenance. In
addition, he is highly skilled in crew management and motivation, alongside
solid experience in budget and financial management.
Adaptable and committed, he is open to worldwide travel and thrives in
dynamic environments where professionalism and leadership are essential.

Erminsul is a dedicated and results-driven Chief Engineer with extensive experience
managing technical operations on high-profile vessels. He possesses strong
expertise in maintaining and operating high-powered internal combustion engines,
along with a proven ability to ensure seamless mechanical performance during
demanding voyages.
Most recently, he served aboard the MY ALL SEVEN, a 483 GT vessel operating
across the Mediterranean, where he consistently upheld high engineering standards in line with international maritime regulations.
Energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented, he thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts easily to shifting priorities. Whether working independently or as part of a team, he is committed to delivering excellence and continuously proving his value within the industry.

Alfredo is a dedicated deckhand with a strong passion for maintaining luxury
yachts to the highest standards. He is proficient in a wide range of exterior
maintenance tasks, including painting, cleaning, and general upkeep.
