Alessandro Gallina is a Personal Chef from Carini, near Palermo, Sicily.
Although cooking was not a strong family tradition, aside from the influence of his grandmothers, his passion for gastronomy emerged naturally at a young age, when he began experimenting with desserts out of pure curiosity and enjoyment. From that moment, his dedication to the culinary arts continued to grow. Over the years, Alessandro has had the opportunity to travel and work in different locations, gaining valuable experience and drawing inspiration from each journey. These experiences have allowed him to develop both professionally and personally, refining his culinary identity. Today, he pursues his career as a Personal Chef, creating refined and memorable dining experiences inspired by the authentic flavors of Sicily, where tradition meets creativity and passion.
