Abbi grew up in a charming hamlet on Loch Long, located on the breathtaking west coast of Scotland. Her childhood was spent fishing, climbing trees, and quad biking. With eight years of experience in fine dining within the hospitality industry, Abbi honed her skills, which
eventually led her to pursue a career in the yachting. In her spare time, Abbi enjoys playing padel, practicing portraiture and learning new languages.

Caroline was born and raised in London, where she began her career working in large-scale hospitality events across the city. This fast-paced environment helped her develop strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to deliver high standards of service. She later transitioned into teaching, working as a maths teacher with challenging students, where she built resilience, patience, and excellent communication skills.
After moving into the yachting industry two years ago, Caroline has combined her hospitality background with her people-focused approach, thriving in dynamic, guest-oriented environments onboard.
In her free time, Caroline enjoys being in nature, as well as listening to music and exploring new places. She brings a positive, adaptable, and energetic attitude to life at sea.

Ross grew up between the UK and the Middle East, with engineering running through his family for generations. Surrounded by ships, tools, and problem solving from an early age, a career at sea felt like a natural path. He started out in commercial marine engineering on containerships, later moving to tug boats and then the cruise ship sector. Now a Y1 certified engineer, Ross brings steady experience, practical thinking, and a calm approach to life onboard.
When he’s not in the engine room, Ross enjoys keeping fit, long walks, music, and reading — a good balance to the pace of yachting

With over a decade of maritime experience and a lifelong passion for the sea, Lorenzo brings a welcoming energy to your charter experience. Growing up near the historic shores of Dubrovnik, Croatia, in a family of boat builders and fisherman, his connection to the water is lifelong and authentic.
Lorenzo is a qualified OOW Unlimited (Officer of the Watch) with a Master 500 license. His career spans from massive 229-meter bulk carriers to some of the most prestigious luxury motor yachts in the Mediterranean.

Ben, having grown up on Hayling Island beside the Solent and Chichester Harbour, has always been surrounded by the sea, first getting on the water aboard his family yacht. He has been sailing since the age of five, progressing from the RS Tera—where he became a national and world champion—to high-performance classes such as the 29er and 49er.
Ben drove his first powerboat at just eight years old and went on to develop his skills working at Hayling Island Sailing Club as a senior sailing, powerboat and windsurfing instructor, as well as a marine technician. His professional journey on the water now continues aboard his first superyacht, Go.
When Ben is off the boat you’ll find him looking for the nearest place to go in the sea.

Kristina brings a unique blend of professionalism, positivity, and precision to the GO crew. Known for her reliability, loyalty, and strong work ethic, she thrives in dynamic environments and embraces every challenge with enthusiasm and grace.
With a natural flair for communication and a perfectionist’s eye for detail, Kristina is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests. A true team player, she consistently goes above and beyond, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring every moment onboard exceeds expectations.
When she’s not delighting guests, Kristina finds balance through yoga, exploring nature on hikes, and diving into a good book.

Michael is from Johannesburg, South Africa. He has had an affinity for water ever since he was young, this lead him to becoming a proficient swimmer and always on the search for the next body of water to jump into. Through his travels in Europe he discovered Yachting as a career and was naturally pulled towards it as he has always been drawn to travel and sea. He has now been working on yachts for more than 3 years

Born and raised on a charming island along Croatia’s stunning Dalmatian coast, Captain Stjepan’s love for the sea runs deep. After graduating from maritime college, he honed his skills in the commercial sector before proudly serving aboard a Navy patrol boat.
It wasn’t long before he discovered his true calling in the world of yachting. Starting as a captain on a 20-meter vessel, Stjepan steadily rose through the ranks, building an impressive 20-year career helming both private and charter yachts up to 50 meters in length.
With his vast experience, deep local knowledge, and warm, professional approach, Captain Stjepan is dedicated to making your time aboard GO not just a vacation—but a lifelong memory.on GO a lifelong happy memory.

Ross was born in Scotland and grew up in England. He now lives in Mallorca with his wife and 2 children.
After sailing as a hobby with family and working on smaller charter yachts, he came to super yachts as a deckhand in 2005. He has consistently progressed through the yachting industry and became a captain in 2013. He now finds himself happily onboard MY Go.
In 25 years of yachting Ross has sailed Europe, America, Caribbean and through the Pacific to New Zealand. This experience is carried to the yacht and guests, to ensure the most enjoyable experience onboard. Going the extra mile and knowing you have made a difference to a charterer is a great personal reward for Ross.
