Jill is a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeping professional with over three contracts of experience in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest safety. She has worked onboard MY Sherakhan, where she was responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and ensuring all guest and common areas were kept to a consistently high standard.

Wilfred is skilled in the operation of industrial laundry systems, with extensive knowledge of fabric care, stain removal techniques and dry-cleaning processes, including the safe use of specialised chemicals. His background experience onboard M/Y Chakra 86m, M/Y Alfa Nero 82m, M/Y Dream 106m, M/Y Boadicea 78m have given him organisational abilities in tracking and managing inventory of towels, linens, uniforms and laundry supplies.

Her yachting experience includes roles onboard M/Y Emir (83m), M/Y Christina O (99m), and a 125m private yacht in the Middle East, where she developed strong guest service, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
With additional expertise in bartending, mixology, and WSET-certified wine service, she brings a well-rounded service skill set complemented by strong communication, client relations, and a calm, professional approach to luxury hospitality.
Marios brings over two decades of maritime expertise spanning cruise ships, military and passenger vessels, and elite motor yachts. Holding a Captain Class A’ Certificate, he is extensively qualified in safety and firefighting, ISM/ISPS compliance, ECDIS navigation systems, bridge resource management, and advanced medical care. Having already served as Chief Officer and Relief Captain on M/Y Grand Ocean, Marios possesses an in depth understanding of the yacht’s operations, standards, and culture. His leadership blends big ship discipline with superyacht finesse, inspiring deck teams through calm authority while maintaining a strong owner and guest centric mindset. Recognized for his precision, composure, and commitment to excellence, Marios consistently elevates safety, service, and operational performance, both on deck and on the bridge.

Sara is an experienced Spa Stewardess with over 7 years of luxury hospitality and yachting experience aboard both private and charter yachts up to 141m. She combines exceptional guest service with advanced wellness expertise, specializing in Thai massage, deep tissue therapy, sports massage, facials, body treatments, and spa management. Having worked across busy Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons, Sara is highly adaptable and confident in both spa operations and interior duties, including housekeeping, laundry, and service. She has successfully developed onboard spa programs, managed treatment schedules and inventory, trained junior crew, and consistently delivered five star wellness experiences to demanding clientele.

From commanding iconic cruise ships to leading luxury superyachts across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Red Sea, Captain Nikos is recognized for operational excellence, crew development, and impeccable guest service. His expertise spans ship handling, safety training, project management, and full onboard operations, making him a trusted leader. He enjoys sailing, diving, film production, writing, cycling, and exploring maritime culture during his off duty hours.

Vagelis is a highly experienced second officer with over 30 years of maritime experience across yachting, diving, and advanced water sports operations. Holding a Captain Class C (Master 500 GT) license and RYA Yachtmaster Offshore, he brings strong bridge competence combined with exceptional hands on operational expertise. A master commercial diver, CMAS Course Director, and PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Vangelis is also an RYA powerboat and personal watercraft instructor, as well as a certified water ski instructor. His background allows him to seamlessly support bridge operations while overseeing safe, professional diving and water sports activities at the highest standards. Vangelis is known for his discipline, reliability, and calm professionalism. He operates with precision within the chain of command and contributes directly to safe operations and a refined experience.
